Could not beat location; close to highway, shopping, restaurants, etc. Can't comment on breakfast, as when we went to eat it was all gone and the staff was cleaning up. Did appreciate that bathroom was outfitted with very nice toiletries.

The room was horrible. It had a strong smell to humidity. Really bad illumination, and the light on one of the bathroom was not working. The window was really dirty. The sofabed was really old. We asked to change room and they always told us the system was down! The breakfast was a bad coffee. I would never go back and definitely not recommend it

Check in was complete chaos. No one was there when we arrived, they did not email us information the day before with code for door lock. We waited for ever for someone to arrive then they put us in a room we didn't book. The day after check in we got the email with unit number and door code. There was construction going on right outside our apartment all week waking us up every morning and continuing loudly until 4pm daily. Also did not keep the pool clean.
Tried to contact someone at management office about a partial refund for all the inconveniece. but hasn't returned our calls.

The people were all very professional and helpful. The parking was free and very convenient. The size of the room was okay, but it had a bad wet mop type smell. Overall, the stay was good, but would have been much better if the room did not smell.

The staff members were amazing from checkin through checkout. I had a bout of insomnia and Wen (or Gwen?) went out of her way to help me find what I needed to make another cup of coffee AND made one for me to take up to my room.
I had a fantastic and interesting conversation with her during the early morning hours which made me feel at home!

Boca Raton is a great city to visit, just not this hotel. There a places to visit like the beaches, the new boat ramp park, gumbo limbo preserve, Spanish river park, mizner park shopping area, as well as town center mall. Public Transportation is accessible. You have buses and trains that run in and out. If you are an outdoors person, then the nightlife is great.

Maybe not the best for kids but it was great for me and my girlfriend to get away for a week. We loved it . Even the surrounding area had tons of places to eat, drink, and relax at. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, well-decorated, brand new apartments with full kitchen and washer dryer. Pet friendly. Free parking. The location is amazing — right near the beach, intracoastal, downtown Boca, Mizner Park. We researched a LOT of pet friendly hotels with kitchens. The value for the cost absolutely can’t be beat.
The staff provided excellent customer service. The location is fantastic, right on Glades Road. The room itself is very big. I have stayed here about every 6 months for the last 7 years. So don't get me wrong, this could be a great hotel but they choose not to renovate or clean the hotel up.
The young lady named Molly Griffin is exceptional agent thank you for having her be a great representation of this hotel.
When visiting a new hotel it makes a world of difference when you come to a hotel where everything is actually just that exceptional including the staff members.
Even though this is a budget hotel it had everything I needed for an extended stay while visiting family. Big room, wonderful breakfast with good unlimited coffee, mini kitchen with microwave and fridge and quiet location though very near highway and major streets.
This is a cute, boutique hotel that was cheaper that the other options in the area. The price was excellent for the room used. The staff was accommodating for special payment requests. The TV had app access, so I was able to watch my streaming services.
Breakfast was waiter service . No buffet. Very goo. Staff very pleasant. The hotel is on the waterway. Lovely pool. Wasn’t crowded. Short walk to the beach. Have lovely place for drinks and dinner on the water. Can rent boats at the hotel
This hotel is in a great location, pretty much close to everything. There was plenty of staff available. When we needed something they were quick to respond. The rooms were a nice size with a separate sleeping area and living space.
The breakfast is great and way better than similar hotels that I’ve stayed in. The staff is very polite and friendly with all guests. You can also grab a bottle of water or some beverage at the front desk if you’re thirsty.
Hotel is right on the beach, literally a 2min walk. There are beach chairs for rent on the beach for rent. Bed was very comfy and even though the hotel is old, it’s unbeatable in price / location.
The hotel was very comfortable, the elevators were a little rusty, but other than that everything was perfect, and the staff was really really friendly!!! I would definitely reccomend
