Great location one block away from the beach and many restaurants. Nice view of the ocean and sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop pool deck. The manager is very nice and available to answer all questions. Free parking at the hotel. Very large and well equiped rooms.

I love the location of the hotel. It is right off Interstate 95 and close to so many dining places. I truly love how our studio had two televisions. So while I was watching my dramas, my other guest was watching whatever they had interests in watching. The room was very spacious and gave a nice view of the street and small lake near.

I booked this hotel on a whim before actually reading the individual reviews. Once I read the reviews I got a bit nervous about all the bad things they were saying. However once we got to the property we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was super clean! We got to the room and the room was big enough and clean, contrary to what the reviews said. The hotel is right on the beach which was incredible and you get to use beach chairs. The pool is small but pretty chill. Breakfast was included which was a great surprise but you better love your carbs and your gluten cause that’s all you get, unless you order separately from the kitchen. Jimmy, that seemed to do everything, from beach chair valet, bringing drinks to people, making sure the hotel was clean, dude was amazing!! Honestly the hotel got a high mark that me to this guy!

The property didn't look anything like it was advertised online by Agoda. The pictures must have been taken over a decade ago! There was pet smells/urine in the 1st room they gave us, then in the 2nd room they offered had stains all over the carpets, mold in the bathroom & beaten-up furniture! The conditions in the rooms & hotel were awful! We didn't stay there & had to look for other accommodations. We are STILL waiting for our refund, it's been over a month!

The area was beautiful with many stores and restaurants nearby. I will avoid staying at the La Quinta because of the mildew in the bathroom, no continetal breakfast which was supposed to be included in the booking price.

I didn’t like the property at all the the front desk agent name Sonya she’s very nasty to me and my pregnant friend she yelled at us saying if we didn’t like the hotel get the hell out you don’t talk to people like that especially I am a guest for the first time coming from Orlando we will never go back to this place again the customer service is trash !

We loved Deerfield Beach!
We loved Deerfield Beach! It was hopping and fun and the restaurants were fabulous! I was very pleasantly surprised! I was told they have a female mayor who has made the area a showplace and it’s true! Kudos to her! There was music everywhere and people were dancing in the street! We enjoyed a fair while we were there with terrific fireworks!

The beach appeared clean and well used by locals and visitors alike. I didn't use it for anythig, only walked and watched everyone else enjoying themselves. There were volleyball games, swimming and fishing going on as well as people just enjoying the sun. It wasn't a noisy beach and would be fine for families.

Quiet, Steps to the Beach and Pier, Plenty of options to either cook or eat out, 30 min from airport and inter-miami futbol stadium, Not too far to Boca or Drive to Miami for the day, wifi good for working. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. A lot of upgrades look like they have been done and are being done, no complaints really, very cute place. Was able to get a lot of work done, especially since the weather was so terrible and the living area was very comfortable.
I had to go to the Deerfield area due to a family emergency. It was a holiday weekend and there were not a lot of affordable hotels. I was pleased with Boca Suites. Though the common areas need some updating, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Having stayed in some of the world’s best hotels , we would absolutely visit here again . a beautiful , tranquil boutique hotel on a glorious private beach . The staff couldn’t have been lovlier - especially , Michelle , on reception & Claire , & Catalina in the restaurant .

Very nice and clean hotel. Great pool, and private beach area. It was nice to have the beach chairs provided by the resort. The restaurant was nice, with great food. I loved the vegetarian flatbread. Catalina the host, attended to our every request. We loved walking our dog along the beach.
This hotel gets a better grade only because it is much cheaper than surrounding Boca Raton.
It gives you what you need, clean comforts and good customer service.
In a different area where other hotels are similar in location this hotel needs to step it up.
Great service as usual and excellent staff. Always a peaceful night's sleep here. Close to the mall, the beach, restaurants, gas stations, fast food, grocery stores, shopping. Etc definitely a plus for the location.
The property was perfect! It was clean, had a great sized pool, a tiki bar for drinks, close to the beach, close to restaurants, walking paths, The rooms were big with two bathrooms.
Nice spacious apartment. Close to the beach and bars/restaurants. clear checkin instructions provided. Nice rooftop pool area (although we didn't get to use it due to poor weather).
Price was worth the short trip for especially for an oceanfront.
Parking was good was not over crowded.
