The property was a beautiful traditional home converted into a BnB with 3 rooms on each floor. The location was excellent - just about 300 meters from the beachfront. Lots of restaurants around. It was a very quiet and peaceful place.
Air-conditioning worked very well. Owner was courteous and understanding.
We chose the breakfast option but unfortunately we forgot to inform the owner that we would check out by 8 am. There was no breakfast served until later in the day I guess (maybe around 10 am). If you chose breakfast and want to checkout earlier than 10 am please make sure to warn the host in advance.

Let me start by driving there from Sabiha Airport. Beautiful and Toll-free road. I was traveling in May and there were occasional showers, which was my favorite part. Sile (Shile) is a peaceful countryside and has beautiful beaches. Though can get a bit crowded if there's a holiday. was very safe with friendly residents.

it was very poor experience... First of all they charged the room instead of paying at the property. booking.com custom relationship couldn't help even they didn't send me feedback . i think I ll never stay again there unless they are the only one reminded in the world.

A good food market to visit and a fish market too, that we missed visiting unfortunately. Not enough time ...
Although our visit was beginning of August in full peak season, the town was pleasantly not overcrowded.

A lovely town on the Black Sea just 60-90 min. drive from Istanbul.
It has nice sandy beaches, which may become a little crowded when people from Istanbul arrive in the weekends.
There is a big enough harbor with a few fish restaurants, a couple of busy central streets (don't miss the Liman sok. with small shops and cafes overlooking the harbor) and the town's main landmarks - the old functioning lighthouse and Byzantine fort on a rocky islet.
Depending on your vacation preferences Şile may be worth visiting if you are staying in Istanbul or the other way round: get a room in one of the local hotels and make occasional trips to Istanbul.
This is a new small hotel. The owner and staff are very friendly and fun. I don't speak Turkish so I had to use google translate couple of times. It was very helpful that they called me a taxi to the airport.
The room was new and clean, with lots of towels, bath robe and other handy things.
Breakfast was amazing: freshly cooked omelette, cheese, nuts, honey. A perfect Turkish breakfast, yummy!
The pool is clean and nicely lit up.
They have 2 cats living on the territory and it's lots of fun!
Very calm boutique hotel, in a quite neighborhood very close to the center. Cozy and quite garden with trees and flowers, equipped with hammocks and a swinging bench. We stayed in a suite with a fireplace and a jacuzzi. The suite was spacious (we stayed as a family of four), and the jacuzzi was very nice. The staff were very friendly, provided extra blankets when requested. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of options, each of which was very tasty. Great value for your money!
The Second House is a newer hotel in a very good location if you don't want to stay directly in town. Our room had a nice view over the Black Sea and was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got complimentary tea on the terrace. The breakfast was great and our meal at the restaurant was very good as well.
The rooms were huge with an indoor room jacuzzi inside! we had a great time! Sami was a great host with fantastic service, he made us feel so welcome able to speak English too! The hotel is close to the centre beach walking distance with mesmerising views i am missing even now! will definitely go back! 10/10
Very good hotel just 3 minutes from the Black Sea coast. Located near the beach, a stadium with a running track, a sports ground with horizontal bars. There are also many good cafes with a sea view around. Friendly staff who are constantly working to improve the service. Highly recommended.
We loved the location as it was very close to the beach. We stayed at the top floor and we enjoyed taking photos from the balcony where the view was spectacular. We also loved the food. We ordered fish for our dinner and it was delicious. And most of all, the staff were amazing 👏🏻.

Incredible pool, 2-min walk to the beach, and welcoming staff. My son had his 7th birthday at that place, and the property management did the perfect room decoration before our arrival. It was very special and heart-warming.
