Overall this was a fairly cheap hotel and you got what you paid for - if you're on a budget then go for this place but I think there are better deals elsewhere for a nicer experience.
The location was quite out of town, and to get a taxi into Goreme cost about £10 each time (so at least £20 a day), so keep that in mind when calculating your best deal. This was cheaper per night than other options but once we added this into the equation it didn't end up being that much cheaper than other options.
Internet didn't work for a couple of days but once reported it did get fixed.
They did try to charge us for drinking alcohol we bought from an outside shop on their terrace which they had never warned us about beforehand - but when we disputed this they dropped the charge.

Goreme was a great town but a 20/25 minute taxi drive away. We had our balloon ride from there which was excellent. The whole area is a beautiful sight, absolutely breathtaking. Our whole trip was spoiled by our hotel accommodation. Yes, we chose a cave hotel but with deluxe accommodation, balcony, dining area and we expected a window to look out of to actually see the beautiful views of the valley. AND ... not have to climb 161 steps to our room. We expect a refund please.

We went to Neveshir to do the balloon ride. We booked for a week to give us the best opportunity of having a great weather day for the experience, giving up Istanbul as a travel destination. The first 3 days were too windy. Day 4 was perfect. We had a signature life experience. We then went to Istanbul see what we could in the left over time

Nevsehir is the capital city of this province. Do not stay in the town itself. It is very large and not actually in the part of Cappodocea you want to see. Neither is it near the Nevsehir airport. Stay in Goreme, Avanor or Urgup to be in the heart of the region.

You should try the Sultans Ceramic and make your own ceramic. But don’t buy from there it’s quite expensive and you can find the same pieces of ceramic much cheaper in Avanos.
Must visit: Göreme to watch the hot air balloons and you can stay near there.
Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. A loud major highway run in front of the property and the only thing nearby is a gas station. We were forced to eat at their restaurant since the nearest town is miles away and transportation is not plentiful. The food is mediocre. We tried to check out after first night and move to a hotel in Goreme but they refused to cancel the remaining two nights. Its most definitely not a practical hotel for visiting Kapadokya. Given the secluded location, the tours pick you up first and drop off last.
The hotel is lead by twin brothers who are very friendly, talkative, and dedicated. They do most of the things themselves, so you would expect since they work so hard that things would get clumsy, but NO! Everything is perfectly clean, welcoming, gorgeous, and indeed romantic. The breakfast is rich and diverse, there is always something you could find for your tummy. What I loved the most were the details that really made you feel at home. Well done guys I will recommend your hotel to anyone going to Cappadocia, Nevsehir, Göreme, Ürgüp.
We loved this hotel. The hotel staff was pleasant and incredibly accommodating, answering our questions and even giving up a lift to a museum close to the city when we were pressed for time. The local breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient, with the touristy part of town in easy walking distance and taxis to the sites accessible from there. And the rooms are very unique considering it is a cave hotel. Would highly recommend it as the staff are incredible, especially for families or groups of younger travelers.
Very clean rooms with huge beds, modern showers (hot water, great pressure, and fast drainage), heated floors, and a smart TV (with access to Netflix). A really luxurious hotel. I could not believe the price. Very kind staff. Probably not the best location if you don’t have a car - maybe a 20 min walk to a taxi/bus stand but I’m sure the hotel could also call a cab.
The staff were excellent. They responded with a smile from the customer's point of view to all consultations about sightseeing and how to get to the next accommodation.
In the hotel restaurant, they made us a traditional dish manti (small ravioli), even though it was a little after opening hours. It was very tasty! I would definitely refer them to my friends.
The hotel itself is amazing. There is also a swimming pool in a cave which is very special.

Beautiful facility, quiet, spotless, small garden with outdoor seating. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms modern, with all the necessary amenities. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Turkish breakfast was delicious and abundant. Walking distance to Uchisar castle from where the sunrise and hot air balloons can be admired. A gem of a hotel!
It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the Nar section of Nevşehir. I had quiet, beautiful streets and lanes on which to do my morning run. It is a 20-min drive to Cappadokia sites, but hotel staff will drive you for a reasonable fee. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. One of my favorite hotels of all my travels!!

The room itself was very luxurious and so were the facilities. This clearly is a 5-star hotel which would be ideal for the right guest.

The hotel itself looks beautiful and even has a small swimming pool! The owners were also very friendly - even though they didn't speak English, they were very helpful. It's lovely to stay on the terrace in the evening and just relax.
