Everything was perfect except the location. It's good if u have ur own car else it's far from Izmit sahil yolu.

A lot and I mean a lot of nice places to have breakfast or lunch with a stunning view. Shopping is great especially the outlet at izmit.

It's a beautiful place with lots of scenery and nice weather, the people there are friendly and kind. it's not crowded and easy to drive around. lots of restaurants and coffee shops on the the Mountains with a beautiful view
A well and exceptional stay for me and my family, staff was super friendly and super professional, although it was my bad to land at istanbul airport at 2am, and had to drive to kocaeli, the staff made me check in super early without extra charge, thanks so much for this, rooms and everything was perfect. And this will make me book at this hotel again and again
Wonderful 4-star hotel. Amazing value (mostly because Izmit is not a tourist town). It exceeded our expectations in comfort. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located next to bus terminal. A short and inexpensive taxi ride to Seka Park and its restaurants and cafes next to the Sea of Marmara. Would have liked to stay longer.
There is a very nice social atmosphere in the courtyard. Its architecture is different and beautiful. The hotel is new and good. When i come to Izmit everytime i will choose Dedeman Hotel. Thank to staff that friendly and kind.
I've travelled with my family and this was an intermediary stay in our holiday. The hotel is very comfortable and easy to find it. Although we've arrived later than we've previously announced the late check in was done quickly.
The breakfast was very poor. I can say that the buffet was in 3 star hotels condition absolutely not in Hilton standards. Contrary, the interior architecture and the decoration of the Hotel was exceptional very high standard
Location was excellent and the seaview was amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Burak at the reception who was really friendly and very professional and made our two-day stay at the hotel pleasant.
