Ozge Bey is an excellent and super attentive host. The views from the terrace are excellent, also the crystal clear waters for swimming. The location is perfect, walking distance to cafes and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. It was an excellent stay!

We stayed in Hanedan Otel for 3 nights. Our experience with the hotel was so good that we decided to revisit this beautiful property in two weeks for another 3 nights. This review is being made after being a guest of Hanedan Otel for two times in a month. This seaside hotel is located within a short walking distance from the city center. You have multiple beaches within walking distance around the hotel. In addition, you get a special access to a blue flag beach of a sister hotel property named Hanedan Beach Hotel. You get to experience in swimming in crystal clear water with the most attractive colors of blue at that blue flag beach. Regarding service, Mr. Vedat and his very professional team addressed every single request we had perfectly! Simply, Hanedan Otel is a real-world example of very high-level guest service! This luxury property with great sea view, very quiet atmosphere and pretty comfortable rooms is a gem of Foca. The only negative comment I have is that we had to leave Hanedan Otel as our vacation was over :) Hanedan Otel will definitely be our home away home when we visit Turkey again in the near future! We highly recommend it! A million thanks for your unique hospitality, Hanedan Otel!!

The hotel was new and modern with a great bed and shower and a safe in the room. It was very convenient to IST airport. The staff greeted us with hot tea and Turkish delights. It was nice having a restaurant on the property for dinner.

What is luxury? If you are looking for the "real" luxury away from bling bling this is a great location. The situation in the bay of Karaburun is sublime. The rooms with a private balcony give privacy and amazing sunset views. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There is a great terrace with direct access to the agean see - swim in clear water with the fish.
The Hotel is very clean and maintained all the time.
Örge is a great host. Invisible if you are looking for privacy, always available if you need something.
Highly recommend this hotel! My wife and I were treated with great hospitality when we arrived to the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, tea, sweets and just great customer service overall. Our room was really clean, housekeeping was on point. I can't say enough about the staff, also really helpful that they understood english which helped us a lot. They were also able to exchange our Canadian dollars for Turkish lira. I will definitely visit again! Thank you Villa Siesta Hotel!
Stranded at Istanbul airport with a long layover, and after all the stress, staying at this hotel was exactly what I needed. Close by the airport and on the seaside. The staff were all amazing, welcoming me at 3am, amazing breakfast, they took me to a restaurant on the seaside and called me taxi to the airport when I needed to go back. The hotel facilities are amazing, clean and the staff are super welcoming. Highly recommending it for a short and even longer stay :)
the staff at Villa Siesta are very attentive and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was good too. it’s a new hotel and the rooms are modern and spacious. The taxi ride from the airport was 150 Lira and took about 25 minutes. It’s crazy how there are no hotels near IST, so Villa Siesta is one of the closest. I definitely recommend staying here!
Located right on the sea coast, with nice fireplace in the cosy restaurant, the hotel is a pleasant, friendly and calming. The staff are sweet and carrying, they always give treats -.tea and sweets. The room I took was single and it was all I needed - enough wardrobe and drawer space, excellent bathroom.
I selected the hotel as it is very close to the airport and it was extremely convenient.

I assume it is not an easy job to run a hotel. After staying there for 3 nights I have not been able to understand the Google reviews, am I so different? I see it as my fault, I should have done a better research; I expected the service of a boutique hotel but it seems to be an apartment service (in a hotelroom).
I do wish the fam all the luck with running the hotel.
A great place to stay if you are looking for a hotel near istanbul airport. The rooms are very clean and cozy and the bed is super soft and comfortable. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the beach with a great view. We loved pablo the dog. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel.
We stayed at very spacious rooms with a lot of artistic characters and thoughts. The owner being a restoration specialist for historic buildings, this hotel used to be three village houses now connected and beautifully restored as one with a nice court yard, a lot of antiques and relaxing atmosphere.

Staying in this house in Karaburun, right by the stunning Aegean coast, was an experience like no other. The fantastic sea view was a daily source of awe, while the private beach provided an intimate encounter with the turquoise waters.
Breakfast was filling. I stayed between flights, so only one night, staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a good hotel to stay between the flights. Airport is 20 minutes away and Black Sea is the front line.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and the standard of the room was superb - completely renovated with a very modern bathroom. I will definitely stay there again. Congratulations to the Villa Siesta Hotel
