It was my first time going to Madina and the hotel made my experience 1000x better than i expected.
Even though the building is 30+ years old but the luxurious lobby and reception was great. I booked an executive suite and they have upgraded me to the Diplomat suite which was an amazing first impression of the hotel. (Special thanks to Ms Suhad - Guest Relations Manager) who made me the offer without adding amy charges.
The employees in the concierge Ms Bayan & Ms Shahad planned our whole trip (Restaurants, cafes, tours and landmarks to visit + booked a very informative tour guide for us to show us around the city and historical monuments)
Super clean and the housekeeping staff are always there whenever needed. In room dining was good. And the location is the best

Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location.

Don’t trust the hotel ratings, must be done by friends of the owner, I would not recommend it, pillows and sheets stinks, restrooms are definitely in need for upgrades, no floor towel, no body towels, leak from the restroom above, ceiling tiles almost falling.
Sorry, this facility doesn’t meet minimal expectations for the cost of the rooms.
