This place is magic. The room or apartment is part of the house but it is separated by a noise-cancelling door. There is a living room with chairs and table, couch and TV and a bed room with some kitchen facilities like microwave, fridge, toaster, cattle, etc. From the bed you have the amazing view on the coastline and in the morning some cows made their way along the road. Perfect location to start the day. Chrissy and Mike are very friendly and took their time to welcome me at their place although I was very late. They also offerened my help with the spa several times although me being late! Breakfast was very good and plenty for me with different options!

Lovely home in Tuatapere. Perfect for walking the Hump Ridge Track. Great breakfast provided, despite our very early start! Host even helped to book us in for dinner at the Last Light Lodge, which was brilliant.

The accommodation was unique in being a converted shop. However that made it better as there was plenty of room, with the kitchen, lounge, and bed room all together with another large room for the bathroom.
The kitchen was very well appointed and farms eggs, scones butter and jam greeted us upon our arival. The room with the heater on was very warm and cosy and the beds comfortable. We spent three nights there easily. The location while out in the country was convenient to Tuatapere and also for touring to Manapouri, Te Anau and Lake Hauroko. The historic Clifden Bridge is very close by. All in all a great stay
