The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was very clean and well appointed. It was in a great location with lots of transport options and handy for Te Papa museum and the waterfront.

Stayed here before but in the bigger 2 bedroom suite. This time the config was smaller but still accommodating. Good having an oven, dishwasher, toaster & jug. Easy access to lift being on same floor as we also had two older people with us.

I teach First Aid in Johnsonville and My Instructors and myself stay at Best Western all the time. This is a very nice place to stay with very friendly staff. Rooms are great and very comfortable, and very close to our Venue for training..

Breakfast was delivered promptly each mooring and was good value. The hotel is is a great location. Staff were great and very friendly. Needed to extend our stay at short notice and this was accommodated easily. a good stay and will use the venue again.
Great location if you need to be in the Johnsonville area. I've stayed several times for work and the rooms are clean, comfortable and tidy. It beats staying in the city and dealing with traffic. Close to restaurants, supermarket and transport.
The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the magazines to read and everything was very well maintained. I also liked the handy parking and convenient location. There was hardly any noise from outside the unit.
Convenience to amenities in Johnsonville. I was attending an event in Porirua and the accommodation there didn't look as good, so this was a better option. It didn't disappoint.
