SP, just like its surrounding little towns, is steeped in historical relics such as the Merbok archeological site and the Gunung Jeram which offer travellers some good tourist attractions. Like with many other northern towns, visitors and locals alike are welcome to sample delicious food, such as mee rebus, mee Bandung, and mee udang. Since my visit was during the fasting month, the pasar at Ramadan Taman Ria is the place to visit.

Very near to shopping outlet and fast food Restaurant such as Domino, KFC and Pizza Hut. Easy to get Food Panda and Grab Food. Hotel just beside Self Service Dobi. Closed to bank and Auto Teller Machine located inside Shopping Complexs.No Traffic Jam and easy to drive in and out. For Muslims, easy to find Halal Food Restaurant.

Most probably i choose to stay in this area because it is near to my relative when i plan to visit them. This area full of facilities and easy to access by walking distance only. There is a lot choice of restaurant in this area which is very convenient.

Nice place to go... got so many things to explore. It is recommended to those who love nature to explore a mangrove place where you may learn abt mangrove, maintaining it and have some activity there...
Urban Inn is just a 5 mins drive from Cinta Sayang area, that’s a plus and the hotel looks normal outside but is very impressive inside with friendly staffs and amenities such as air filter cleaning the inside air of the common areas and well positioned water filter for easy access to drinking water. The room is clean and has an impressive huge Android smart tv and outside they even have an ironing room area for you to prep yourself before heading for dinner/meetings. I will return that’s for sure, a gem of value hidden in SP.
There are basement parking (less than 10 cars), the toilet and the room is big considering it is for single occupancy. They provide refreshments (water, bread, Vico) which very rare for a budget hotel. The room also have fan and aircond. Free shower gel and shampoo. Clean room, clean toilet, clean bedsheet and towel
The hotel was new, only open for a month, so everything was new and clean. There's a guard, (the receptionist told me that he took care of the parking lot), the room was spacious enough and worth the money.
Its near the mall and there are a lot of shopping and eating areas so it's easier to get food and shop.
The best newest budget hotel in Sungai Petani. Easy to find, locate just nearby the town center. The staff really polite & helpful. The room really nice to stay. The hotel have an apps of itself after make booking, so easy to contact and request any inquiry for the stay.
Staffs are friendly. Room was clean, bedsheet smells good, air-conditioner works fine. Don't expect too much for the price. It's overall a nice hotel to crash for few night, and get busy over the days.😊
