I wrote a very critical review after our stay in April but sometimes you have to eat you own words! After I had written the review the manager contacted me to politely address my criticisms, but I then found that I had left an expensive jacket behind. The manager confirmed that the staff had found the jacket and arranged for it to be sent back to the UK, so I would now rate the staff as excellent.
