All the things were more than expected, welcoming staff, free parking, there was bo kettle in the room however once we request for one it came immediately. The spa bath was amazing, i loved the view so much.

Despite the rough situation in lebanon jounieh always keeps its charm .. the hotels are more affordable than beirut hotels as well as the accommodations in most hotels.. its a beautiful city which has been my weekend getaway when i feel like i need some rest fun and recharging and at the same time easy on the wallet. Simply the best location in Journieh, easy walk to the trendy pub and beach bars and a 5-10 min walk to Teleferique cable car station to go up to Lady of Lebanon.

This stay was our very best experience in all of Lebanon because of the hotel manager Antoinette - she was friendly, passionate and shared the best of what Lebanon is. She has exceptional customer hospitalty. We loved meeting her.

02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
The people working at the hotel were the most accommodating I have ever experienced. There was nothing that, if within their possibilities, they wouldn't do for us.
Moreover, the room was spacious and the hotel was very well located in the beach town.
Breakfast was great (not awesome) but, again, the people working during breakfast made the experience very pleasant.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. One would only understand if they stayed there. Staff is wonderful and professional to represent the concept of hospitality. Mr. Dmetri, the manager, was so helpful and cooperative to make our stay the best. The same goes for all other staff, Arza, Sabin, Ingi,Selina, Paul, and Elias. Not to forget the owner, Mr. Michael.
I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The premises were impeccably clean, and the staff members were incredibly supportive throughout my visit.

Best dorms I’ve ever stayed in, more like a private cabin! The property had a swimming pool, is in a great location for Jeita Grotto and is incredibly clean. The owner, Hicham, is kind, welcoming and full of helpful advice. I’d strongly recommend this guesthouse to those backpacking Lebanon.

To be honest nothing. It’s dated. The pool area is too small for the number of users. There were many insects in the room. We checked out two days early and checked into another hotel.
