Excellent location in Jounieh with close by facilities like paragliding and walkable to Harisa cableway. Breakfast was good with variety and served in room without extra charge if you ask it. Also the WiFi was fast and I had good signal in my room. Personnel were very kind and attending the requests of the guests.Its a value for money establishment in that location! Despite the rough situation in lebanon jounieh always keeps its charm .. the hotels are more affordable than beirut hotels as well as the accommodations in most hotels.. its a beautiful city which has been my weekend getaway when i feel like i need some rest fun and recharging and at the same time easy on the wallet. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Beirut. Jounieh provides a much calmer feel with excellent food restaurants, nearby tourist attractions, souks and views. Telerifique was an experience everyone should try at least once in their lifetime! Whilst Burj on Bay is the best hotel to stay in with amazing food!
The hotel is really nice it s literally in front of the beach like 10 min walking. The problem is that the beach looks very dirty but that’s no fault of the hotel. When i arrived they upgraded me to a sea view room and it was just incredible. The hotel staff is great and always try to cater at your needs. Only one of the staff member was not great and i found him a bit strange and rude but it might just be a language barrier.
We spent a little time in the hotel, most definitely will stay at it again.
We booked the executive suite, everything was clean and tidy, the room is spacious and the balcony has crazy good view.
The staff is VERY professional and nice and we felt welcomed in every interaction with them. We met the nicest owner/manager and he is equally professional and hospitable.

Fantastic location. Short walk to everything Jounieh has to offer. Many restaurants, cafes and bars are nearby, with Junya Cafe a must to try. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. I've stayed here close to 10 times and will do so again whenever I return to Jounieh.

The reception and the friendliness of the staff was really good. The breakfast was amazing as well. The room was spacious and clean it certainly did not disappoint. I would say the view is the best highlight of this hotel.
The room was comfortable and cleaned everyday and the hotel is secure. I'd definitely stay there again. I didn't get in the pool but it was nice and the restaurant onsite was decent.
