Staff is great. They helped with sightseeing in Okayama, and even let me ship an urgent package from Amazon if I stayed another night. The amenities you get here are exceptional for the price you pay. Free popsicles and drinks, snacks for 10 yen, frozen omelette with rice or pasta for 100 yen. Free bicycle to ride around town which was very convenient to see the castle and museums. Free pastries for breakfast. The room is clean and good. Overall I had a great stay. This isn't an ordinary Japanese business hotel.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay (and my birthday) a lovely experience. I liked the eco-friendly aspects of the hotel, the delicious breakfast buffet, the free drink time, and the onsen.
You choose your own pillow in the lobby, based on your preferred firmness, and take any toiletries you need like mouthwash, shampoo, body lotion, etc. The breakfast hours are early but it's well worth waking up for. (Note: it's more Japanese-style than Western-style but incredibly filling and they kept refilling the trays.) During the free "happy hour" you can make your own cocktails or mocktails, or enjoy red or white wine (but no beer). The onsen was small but nice. The water was around 42 degrees C, I believe, and it was a nice way to sweat and relax away the day's walking. You can even check to see how crowded it is through a menu on the TV in the room and the women's onsen is nice and safe (there's a separate lock code for the door that you're given upon check-in).

I also wanted to see Naoshima Art Island and it made a good day trip.
The Kibitsu-jinja Shinto Temple was a fantastic complex. And out in the country a bit so peaceful. Another good day trip.
The local Art Gallery had a good exhibition on and the Castle was one of the best I've seen.
The town is just a good size. All conveniences without the Osaka scramble.

Bustling and thriving, really cool underground mall / restaurant alley next to the JR Okiyama station. Many dining options in that vacinity. I was only in town for eighteen hours, barely saw anything but had a nice visit on my way to the ultimate destination.

Very beautiful and underrated area of Japan. All the sights were lovely and it’s a good area if you’re interested in history, and leisure outdoor activities. I’d recommend really planning out your time since the transportation isn’t as frequent as Tokyo and lots of places close pretty early around 5/6pm.

Besides having a few interesting sightseeing options of its own (castle, Korakuen garden), Okayama is a very convenient place to stop for a few days because it's close to other popular places to visit (Kurashiki) and a gate to visit northeastern Shikoku
The hotel was accessible from the station with a short street car ride (can be walked too, but we'd rather not with our luggage). We enjoyed the view from our room on the garden and the castle, very beautiful at night. The café was handy for breakfast. We did not use it for other meals. The garden and the castle were within walking distance as well as local eateries.
it’s nice that there are cabins as an option in the hotel. staff were excellent and very professional. there’s a open bath and also private showers possible. place is within 5mins walk from the train station and is along the main avenue to Okayama castle. it’s wonderful that there’s also a gym that’s free to use. and there’s a free welcome drink from the reception bar.

The best thing about this hotel is its location that very near to Okayama station. Also, the size of the room and facilities provided in the room is sufficient for three of us. The cleanliness is amazing and the staff are approachable and able to speak English that makes us feel convenient to communicate.
The hotel offers free bicycle rental for 4 hours per session. I checked with the reception and it is possible to rent for multiple sessions a day as long as each session doesn’t exceed 4 hours. The service is really convenient as the Okayama Castle and Korakuen are just 5-6 minutes ride away on bike!
Hotel was incredibly close to the station, and very close to a large variety of bars and restaurants. It was also about a 20 minute walk from Okayama Castle, which was a nice leisurely stroll straight along from the hotel.

This hotel is located near Okayama station and the city center. Thus, it is ideal to stay here for business purposes. It also provides coffee machines on the first floor. You can grab as much coffee as you want.

It's literally inside the Okayama train station building so you can't beat that. The bed was comfortable as well and good for when you're traveling alone or with another person.
