The room and bathroom were a good size , the view from the third floor of the lake was fabulous, the third floor doesn't have balconies but you have a large door / window that opens to the view. The breakfast was good, hot and cold food, coffee was average. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything, great bars and restaurants within minutes.

A pretty town, conveniently close to Verona airport. Railway station is close to town centre which has some lovely streets and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The canal waterfront is lovely and there is a massive square with restaurants around it.

An interesting town in its own right it is extremely popular and busy. It's in a beautiful location and we chose it because you can get the train to Verona as well as boats and buses in the local area. It has a lot of shops and restaurants but was almost too busy some of the time. You need to stay somewhere you can leave the car and walk, but also be aware that the public transport is not really geared towards tourists. Good market on Monday mornings.

Lovely town but very very tourist based and can get silly busy . As daft as this may sound, unless you want pasta of pizza for 7 days, there aren't any other real food choices in town.
We missed a boat trip that was non refundable of 110 euros because of the language barrier in explaining where our boarding point was . 110 euros !!! The guy just laughed

I prefer the south of the Lake and Peschiera has good accessible links with car, bus and train routes to further afield as well as boat excursions on the water. The town itself has most of the assets to provide a memorable vacation.

The town is entirely aimed at tourists and, as a result, while there are many decent restaurants, there are very few typical Italian trattorie and, unless you have a car, food shopping opportunities are limited. On a more positive note there are regular boats to other towns around the lake and Verona is only a fifteen minute train ride away.
For those who like themeparks, Peschiera is very close to Gardaland (Italy's equivalent to Alton Towers)

Our trip was in November and just out of season so the lake Garda ferries had stopped and many attractions were closed mid-week
The restaurants and shops were open and not too crowded which was a bonus.
The lake shore was beautifully silent and tranquil a lovely place to walk and sit before a leisurely lunch

We really enjoyed our stay at Vinessa home. Very cute studio apartment. It was very clean and had good air conditioning. Although we were on a busy road we didn't hear any traffic noise .our host Monica was very helpful and checked in with us several times and left us some treats

Very nice place, excellent starting point for exploring the southern Lake Garda. Big rooms, terrace, free bikes, quiet and peaceful. Big and isolated pool area. Grocery shops (Lidl and Eurospin) are within couple kilometers in San Benedetto. Closest cities (Peschiera and Sirmione) are easy to reach (~5 km) as well. Nice farm/winery with free-roaming chickens right across the road from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
the apartment is divided into three parts, the kitchen dinning area and on the same floor your have the parents unit with full shower and toilet and upstairs you have another room where four kids can sleep with shower and toilet. my kids had a blast staying at that unit.
the train station is three minutes walk and you can take the free bus to Gardeland and everywhere else in Italy (we took at day trip to Venice)
Staff was always kind and available. Breakfast was very well served with many options of food and beverage and the restaurant worth at least one visit, pizza is delicious! The hotel is located at the heart of Peschiera, with easy access to the beach, downtown, train station. There was also a Brazilian cooker, who lives in Verona for 17 years and prepared typical "pao de queijo" during my stay, very gentle.
The apartment has a good size with a big balcony. It has all the utensils you would need, if you like to cook in on your vacation.
The apartment is located 8 minutes by foot to the superstore migros and also the train station Peschiera Del Garda.
During our stay we didn't even used our car once, cause everything was reachable by foot.
It was an amazing time and we were really happy with the apartment.
We had a flat (not a Dutch house) on the ground floor with the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean, camping is quiet at night. 30 min walk to train station and 5 min walk to bus stop. Lidl around 30 min walk. The La Garda lake and views are amazing. Personal at the reception was always superhelpful. For the price we paid and quality received there is nothing better in Peschiera.
In the old centre of Peschiera, next to a good bus line stop and to the pier for the touristic ferries on the lake. 15 minutes walk from the train station which is convenient. Breakfast good with a very good service. We enjoyed taking it on the terrace. Very good Internat quality.

Acquadolce Hotel is situated alongside the waterway from Lake Garda to the Peschiera del Garda marina.
Though I stayed just before the busy Easter weekend, it was quiet and yet just 10 min. walk into the city.
Thanks to this well-located hotel, we were able to enjoy a wonderful promenade on the lakefront and an excellent traditional meal at Trattoria Bella Italia. We hope to come back here in a warmer period.
