The main reason for choosing Casa Rosanna is it's proximity to Venice Marco Polo, which is about 20 minutes drive away. The room is one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. It feels like a bedroom rather than a hotel room. Spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated, with a large shower/WC.
Breakfast was not included in the price but was served downstairs in Trattoria Roma. It consisted of coffee and home made torta (figs or ricotta), which was still warm. Quite delicious! We also had dinner in the Trattoria, which was fantastic! Traditional Italian cooking at its best.
Agriturismo Le Cipressine is set in the Venetian countryside, 9 km from San Donà di Piave. It offers a garden, free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms.

Giada was a very good host, tasty breakfast with homemade cakes. Quality of rooms and common space. Many useful guides were also provided as well as instant help from host.
Location was good - 5 minutes from train station by car where were empty and free parkings, nearby were shops, restaurants (nearby for car).

A very nice 1980s family home got transformed into AirBnB styled rooms. Some rooms have own bathroom, others use shared facilities in the hallway. Fully equipped kitchen. Free botteld water and cookies.
Location very close to the Autostrada. Railwaystation in walking distance. We used the train to go to venice.

First of all, great staff (all of them), knowledge of English and surrondings is great. They did answer all of my questions, and tried to help. They even tried to get me a better room and got a good price for breakfast. The room was clean, although a bit old, but that didn't bother us. If you are in that part of Italy, there isn't a better place to stay. Train station for a quick trip to Venice is 5 minutes away (by car). And they also have remarkable restaurant, serving great dishes (fish&meat&pasta).

The hotel is very easy to find, only 30 minutes drive to Venice but at the same time in a quite place. The room was perfectly clean and cozy. Next to the hotel there is an awesome pizza restaurant.

Great quiet location to spend the night while travelling. Also good external option for those who want to spent several days on beach closeby and do want to escape the night crowds and expensive hotels. There are usually free parking spots in walking distance to beach.
This is a small family hotel, very cosy, in the middle of a wine yard. The rooms are large, extremely clean. The view from the window is to the green wine yards, the smell is on wine and comfort. The receptionist is very kind, the welcome was very warm. Venice is very close and the small and gorgeous Caorle, located on the Beach is worth it. I would recommend it with all my heart to anyone who looks for a quite place to relax. Remote working would be a pleasure.

Very nice and clean room. Beautiful internal design and new bathroom. TV was in the room. Location is 600m walk to Meolo train station were you can reach Venice city center in 40 minutes and 4 EUR for each way. Perfect position to save money and still have a great and amazing trip! The family has also a restaurant which we did not try unfortunately since we stayed only 1 night.
Outside was very nice, very authentic cool place with small parking area. Than you enter to something at a VERY different level. AC even at the corridor, AC at the room, designer level interior, brand new, fully equipped room. Automatic shutter, strong Wifi... it would be fair even for a luxury level hotel in any capital city.

We were simply looking for accommodations it to far from the airport, but we stumbled upon the jackpot! The hotel made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the front door. The interior and the grounds are extremely well kept. Everyone treated us as if we were guests of the family. I would love to return one day!
Fabulous service and good place to visit Venice (train goes every hour and brings you right into Venice in 40 minutes). Breakfast is also very good and very nice sport facilities. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Hotel rooms are new, fresh and nice with airconditioning.

Good value for money. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel does have a lot to offer in terms of recreational activities, including a gym that should be advertised more openly on Booking.com
