A very cozy, clean and new apartment. It has everything you need, the location is great (you can see the mountains while in the bed). The host welcomes you with snacks, water and juice and she is one of a kind, always replying to your messages and willing to help! Would definitely choose again and recommend to anyone!

Breakfast was on my own. There are several places to grab food near this apartment. The location and view are excellent. It would be a great place to base yourself while visiting the Lake Como area. The host was lovely - friendly and accommodating. I was there one night only - and I could have used a hotter shower in the morning - but I managed with warm water. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

We really liked the apartment, I recommend it 100%. Clean, very spacious, everything is new and beautiful. You will find everything you need in the apartment, it was quiet and peaceful at night. We loved I Bravi! The location is fantastic and the place is adorable. Full size fridge, AC, really anything you’d need. It was also really nice to have a washer and a dryer since we stayed here about halfway through our trip. The little porch area is also really cute!

Cleanliness, quietness, beauty of the apartment, plus the host, Paola, made our stay easier and pleasant.
The apartment is located in front of the lake in a quiet and beautiful area of the town very well communicated.
Parking was not always easy to find but still it wasn't a big deal. There are some free parking spots close to the apartment, but even if they are all taken, there are other options. Just be aware of daily meter in some areas in front of the lake.

Amazing town, malgrate is quieter than Lecco but still has a lively vibe in the evening. The walk to Lecco is approximately 20 mins & there is much more to do there. The views from both Malgrate & Lecco are amazing.

Malgrate is a small town located across the southern end of Lake Como from Lecco. It is very nice and avoids the hustle of the larger cities in the area but provides convenient access to all of them. Lecco is a short walk away with ferry access to all of Lake Como.

Malgrate is horrible . We really booked for the luxury of this hotel which was a huge disappointment. We thought this was going to be an amazing stay but it did not meet any expectations that was advertised through booking.com there were other ppl who spoke to felt the same but maybe they don’t complain I don’t usually I get on with it but the hot tub not working was awful

The area is really nice, clean, quiet, safe and has some really nice restaurants, views and great for walks in the morning and evening. Lecco is 25 minute walk and easy to do. You are away from all the hustle and bustle of Lecco by staying in Malgrate. Buses go to Bellagio which is also excellent!
Covo Nord Ovest is an excellent restaurant and must go to place!
Buses do not run as frequent, so ensure you check timetable before travelling, and buy bus tickets from newsagent opposite pharmacy.
All good, we were on honeymoon and the stuff made a surprise package for us, it was amazing.

The staff was very helpful and the location was good. Room was clean and breakfast was OK.
What they are not saying is that the hotel is connected to an 4+ hotel "Promessi Sposi" and to get to lake side you cross this hotel. Which is ok. The spa area looks very nice, belonging to the other hotel, you need to pay to use it. It is a roof top bar and 2 restaurants connected, one in the hotel, the other on the lake. We tried both, first, fine cuisine, abd expensive, the second good.
The view from our room overlooking the lake was beautiful! The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff very friendly. The design of the hotel is excellent. Also, there is a beautiful promenade and park just opposite the hotel so it is easy to enjoy the lake. Lecco is less touristy and felt more authentic than the other towns we visited on Como. The bed and the pillows were wonderful.
Everything was so beautiful the hotel staff were so friendly and best treatment at reception, room service staff and the restaurant staff were marvelous . Ms Margherita at the restaurant was so welcoming and made our delightful day and evening at the restaurant . Thanks to all hotel staff. The hotel location was beautiful at lake view and is the best hotel during our vacation . I highly recommend this wonderful Hotel

We had a great stay. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The house is quite spacious and well equipped to cook for yourself. Very safe place to park your car as well, behind locked doors. The location is very private and close to nice restaurants and beach, I think Malgrate was a nicer place to stay than it would have been in Lecco.
The staff , Sara is so nice !!! There was a welcome white wine with gressini and breakfast toasts, coffee, tea. Close to Lecco center and Malgrate walking. All facilities. Quiet appartment.

The view outside the hotel was breath taking. Breakfast was nice, the staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfy. We had a room with a garden view so unfortunatelly we couldn't see the lake direclty, but it wasn't a problem.
The accommodation is very nice, it's right in front of the lake Malgrate, and surprisingly less crowded compared to Como. So, if you are the person who likes more tranquility this is the best place.
It was wonderful apartment in Malgrate, cozy, clean rooms and all necessary for comfort living. From the window you can see lake Como and mountains. We were very satisfied.
