The nice house very close to the sand beach. The house is nicely furnished with all equipment you need for a week. It has nice big terrace and shower outside to wash out the sea water. Everything is very convenient. We were happy staying there. Thank you

Good base to explore all that southern Sicily has to offer. Spotlessly clean villas with a well considered internal layout and equipped with everything you can possibly wish for.
Each villa has their own bbq, eating area and hammock. Beautiful pool with shallow area which kept us from the beach as it was such a relaxing place to spend time.

Food is great, good restaurant are in Ispica and it is possible to enjoy super breakfasts in Sicilian style (go to the American Bar for this)9. Sea side is few min by car and the amazing Modica is really near from Ispica. I suggest to rent a car to enjoy all these places.

Nice owners. A great base to explore Sicily. 8 kilometers from the beautiful beach in Pozzallo, many shops and restaurants nearby. A great place for people traveling by motorcycle. A good proposition for people who value peace, and quiet, for who driving a few kilometers to the sea is not a problem.
The location is isolated but this is the nice part. There is a beautiful garden with bbq and all the comforts. external shower and bathroom is applicable as well. The property is 2 mins from the beach where few people are present cause it is not visible. The silence at this place is spectacular. The house was very clean. I totally recommend it.
had a lovely weekend with my family. We were 7 people with a baby and a dog. The owner Francesco, Giovanni, Valentina and the lady at the breakfast are very helpful and they are wonderful people. They tried their best to make our holiday the best .. they helped us so much!

The property was fantastically maintained and equipped. Everything was very comfortable. Saro the owner was very attentive, welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very available and gave us lots of details about the villa and local area. We had a great time and would go again. highly recommended.
The B&B is in an apartment building located just two minutes away from Ispica’s main piazza. The host spoke English and was very helpful. My room was large, bright, cheerful and spotlessly clean. The WiFi signal was good. The bathroom was small but adequate.

We loved the aesthetic of the location and the handmade linens for the room. Kinanto was a wonderful oasis and welcoming base for our travels in the southeast of Sicily. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was amazing!
