Our original room was affected by some building noise, and Mr Prasad and Mr Vijay were very helpful in moving us to a quieter room. Their help was much appreciated. The restaurant and room service staff were all excellent, and the food was good. We loved the large, clean swimming pool too.

Location and staff

It's a good space. The room and washroom is huge. There is a good terrace with plants to spend some time.

The location is amazing followed by the Privacy the balcony again with the view and the cool room and hats off to the Receptionist Chetan he is an amazing guy who helped us with a smooth check in.

Facility is all new and clean. Stuff are all kind. Pool is large enough. Food is not spicy.

This hotel was great. Really affordable, great big room and the team was super helpful. The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.

The breakfast spread offered a great variety of choices, and the best part was being able to indulge at any hour I pleased. It was the ultimate indulgence, adding to the overall experience of luxury and relaxation. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, surrounded by ancient Portuguese colonial mansions, and tranquil beaches just a short drive away. The atmosphere of this place is very nice and calm. The style of the property contributes to that. It's a good mood place with good vibes and a magnificent garden. The staff and the manager especially was very friendly and willing to help. For example he organised a Taxi in the very early morning, changed currency or gave us a lunch package for the trip. The restaurant is also very good. We ate there several times. The food was very delicious. The location is close to the beach, like 10 minutes to walk is also perfect to spend some nice days at the resort.
