I liked the behaviour of the front desk personnel. They took care of Check In very quick, took care of the luggage to the room and provided tea and cookies too.
Rooms were smoking rooms and well ventilated too. Ordering food was easy too and prices were reasonable. I checked out early in the morning at 2 AM which was also quick as I was already late for my flight. Cabs also came quickly there as it is near to main road.
Can recommend this for stay if visiting Kolkata for leisure too.
