Sink in bathroom was not connected. No breakfast ( in the original booking it was with breakfast , when final confirmation came with no breakfast .!!!!) very disappointing . The staff could not converse in English , so communication was poor .

The staff were extremely welcoming and courteous and kindly upgraded our room. The room was spacious and the shower was amazing. There was a bar and restaurant downstairs, so we had no need to leave the hotel. The hotel kindly organised a car to take us to the Nilgiri train.
