This hotel was great. Really affordable, great big room and the team was super helpful. The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.

The hotel is in a terrible shape and the.service is even worse. The photos are misleading. Dirty cups and kettle left outside the room by the previous guest was not picked up until many hours after we checked in. The bed linen were dirty and we had to make multiple requests for the sheets to be changed. There was no drinking water given to us despite multiple requests. The room had insects and mosquitoes and no repellent was available. The bathroom taps did not have any water when we arrived around 2:30 pm. There was a lot of noise, doors banging and people shouting in the corridors, the entire night. A total nightmare! Thank goodness we checked out in a day.

A cafe on the road to the beach Dinahs Cafe is a must visit. Excellent value for money and the owners Mary n Pascal are personally attentive to all the customers and also in the kitchen.
Beanaulim beach itself is beautiful, sand, water etc is brilliant.

Stayed for nine days as we were backpacking and needed a litt!e R and R.
Found the roads very busy with drivers and riders going too fast , a few traffic calming measures really need putting in place.
Plenty of places to eat or just have a drink and the beach was always lively at night.
Still budget friendly places to stay if you are prepared to knock on doors and do a bit of walking and haggling.
Favourite places to eat for us were Savios , Roof Top and Johnncys, all turning out great food .

We were in South Goa for 5 days, 3 days at Beleza and 2 days at Azaya. The food at these resorts and other establishments was superb. The beaches are quiet and the sunsets are perfect. We were told by those who had stayed in North Goa and then stayed in South Goa would now only stay in South Goa going forward as the beaches were quieter.

There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk serving a variety of cuisines, Indian, Thai, Italian, continental. The price of eating out with a drink is about a quarter of UK prices. Beer about £1.50, Run £2.20 for .75Lrt bottle. Several supermarkets and Wine Shops to get food & drink to consume in the apartment. Tuk Tuk ride to the beach about £1,10. On the beach the sun beds are free if you buy drink and food from their shack.
Nice place to stay for a family vacation in South Goa. Very close to Benaulim beach. The rooms were clean and all facilities are available like kitchen, fridge, microwave, water filter, TV, cloth drying stand, dining table, AC in both bedrooms etc. Sam was a very helpful host and he provided an iron box also when I needed it. A pool is also available though we didn't use it. Would definitely like to come back to this place. A small restaurant is available in the same place.
Not a single thing.. we booked for beach side huts but ended up in the owner's trashy guesthouse with bedbugs, insects, no flush and no hygiene. When asked about the reservation the owner kept yelling at me about how booking.com confirmation does not guarantee a reservation. The worst experience I had in Goa. We had to pay 1000 rs and choose the guest house as we had no other options to stay the night. I would not recommend this place.
This place is really a GEM and I feel proud that accidentally I found this GEM which made our trip soo awesome. Location, Villa interior, facilities, Pool, Beach everything was so awesome we can't even find any single issue at any moment during stay.
This is going to be a longer association with Villa knox for sure and If I will be in GOA next time, it's simply I will be in Villa Knox only.
Location is perfect. No hassling from staff side. Restra services are very good and the manager there is awesome. If you are planning to visit Goa, you must visit this place. You are here for the sea and you have sea at your footsteps. Staffs are really nice and friendly. I just loved my stay here, the other four hotels and villas i stayed at are no match for this place.
Awesome location, the huts are just a few steps from Benaulim Beach with the bar & restaurant situated in front and directly on the beach. All the staff here were lovely in this well run establishment. The food was delightful and well priced. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay here short and this was dealt with very professionally.

Resort located near Benaulim beach (center of south Goa), property is well maintained Rooms are very spacious and neat. Perfect choice for family stay. Swimming pool is clean Kids will enjoy. As we requested for early check in by 6.00 am, they accommodated us without any additional Charges. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay !!!
The resort captures the vibe of Goa perfectly, I had a last minute booking but it was hasslefree. The interiors are eye catching, close to the beach, cannot forget the delicious food we had. Me and my friends had the best time here. Wish i had stayed for few more days. Staying at Silva heritage is a must if you are in goa!
The property was clean , the space was enough. The owner is really great person , very helpful in all the possible way. I was really impressed by their kindness and helpful nature.I would recommend this property if you plan to stay at south goa. It's 500m away from the Benaulim beach.
Overall it was a great stay with family & friends. The resort was very well managed and everything was very well organized as well. It's very close to Benalium beach also which is one of the best beaches in South Goa. Breakfast, taste was also great.
We are having an excellent stay at Holiday Suites Hotel. Our experience in Benaulim has been wondeful. The facilities at the hotel especially the Restaurant are very good. Asst. Manager, F&B, is very hospitable, helpful and polite.
I honestly think the property is under selling themselves they are easily a four star hotel. I have stayed in raddisons and Novotel which are 5 star hotels in Goa but this was a pleasant suprise. Absolutely worth the price.
