This is a great place to explore the many stunning beaches in this area.. There are many great restaurants and local food warungs in this area and it's easy access from the airport after a long flight (around 20-25 minutes) The sunsets from the various cliff top and beach bars are absolutely stunning.. Great surfing beaches and also lots of Balinese cultural sites are within easy driving distance
Villa Bukit is a very relaxing oasis, respecting the Indonesian style but with some additional comfort. It was the last stop of our Indonesian tour and it was a small treat for us. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. All is equipped as an hotel room, also with things that we did not use (eg, tv). We’ve loved the small patio at the entrance of the room and the breakfast. Patrice and Coco also helped us to get a motorbike for rent which we could pick up at the door of the villa.
Nyoman and the team make you feel at home. They provide all the support you need ranging from helping you plan your day, making delicious cappuccinos, serving home-made breakfasts with fresh fruits, and taking a taxi or having a driver for the full day.
The location is great for being close to GWK and many beaches. The room is air-conditioned. You will enjoy hearing the sound of birds early in the morning -- a completely different experience than staying in a luxury hotel.
The breakfast was incredible! Highly recommend booking the chef. All of the staff were so lovely and I can't put into words how stunning the view was. Such a great setup for a group of friends too. The double master bedrooms with private balconies were incredible and the movie theatre was so cozy and such a great bonus!!
I dont think I have ever seen a private pool that large! We also booked a tennis coach a couple days and had the best time! I can't way to go back!
Staff were very friendly and really helped us out. A member of our group left their passport in the Gili Islands, we managed to get the previous hotel to deliver it to us but we weren't at the new hotel when it arrived. The staff here came promptly and kept it safe until we arrived.
Staff had great suggestions and really felt like they wanted to get to know you.
The rooms were very nice, lovely rainfall shower and the general surroundings very well maintained.
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Hillstone Villa Roxy, no.11. Our breakfast every morning was delicious & being able to have something different to eat every day, was great. The staff & host Erny were so helpful & attentative. Having a pool & South West facing villa meant we got the sun all day, the site is such a sun trap. We were 5mins walk to one of the main roads in Ungasan, to pick up water etc. Would highly recommend & wished we'd stayed longer.
It is a real treehouse. The look on our children’s face when they saw this place was priceless. The staff was awesome, the place magical, and the breakfast delicious. We just sat in our bed with the window’s open and enjoyed the views of birds flying through the canopy, while our children were playing in the loft bed they had to climb into. Every child should have the opportunity to sleep here once.
It was a great moment and stay in Bombora.
We have been up graded into a 3 bedroom flat and the management team is adorable.
The location is great near the beach and the view is amazing.

TOURIST TRAP
I arrived after booking and paying for a room for the night on booking.com and the lady told me there were no rooms. She didn’t offer the money back at all and when I tried to go through booking.com they refused. I only ask that they take this hotel off of booking.com. There were still “5 rooms left” when we arrived and were told there are none.
Room was really spacious and clean. Location and view were amazing, directly at the beach. You can enjoy the sunset directly from the room balcony, so no need to go out to any beach clubs. The surrounding was also really quiet.
Everyone was super duper nice and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.
Dana's place is a hidden gem in the nature . which is close to Uluwatu and Nusa Dua. remember to rent a scooter from her. The room itself is super great deal . Especially in the evening you could see all the stars. we stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it.
honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. the receptionist was asleep and made us wait 30 minutes. AC was like a mouse blowing on my back. to top it off the whole room stunk of bleach. save your money and buy a tent
