Everything about this place was exceptional. The service, the amenities, everything. The view was gorgeous and the whole villa had such a relaxing vibe. The staff came to help straight away whenever we messaged. Dinner and breakfast brought to our villa was lovely. Loved being able to watch a movie on the projector in the evening. Even though everything was so open and natural the bugs weren't much of an issue, I feel like they have the place well protected and provided bug spray/repellent. The outdoor shower with rainfall shower head was divine in the evening, so beautiful. Felt welcomed, relaxed and so in touch with nature. Already planning our next visit with a longer stay!

With one word - Breathtaking! I've never been in a better hotel. The stuff is very professional, always smiling, helpful, asking if you have everything you need. Rooms are beautiful, always super clean, bonus is a 15 min. voucher for foot massage and morning hike to the rice fields included in the hotel price. Very delicious food in the restaurant, epic view of mount Agung during sunrise. You can also order breakfast into the pool. I experienced in this hotel also the best massage in my life. And the last thing is the hotel is exclusive but still cozy. A few bungalllows, so there is a big chance soubor have the view from pool just for yourselves.

There is simply no better accommodation than Shigar Livin. It is absolute paradise, and the view is phenomenonal! The pictures don't do it justice. It was so sad, having to leave! Enny & Wayun went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were so lovely and friendly. The food from the local restaurants was top quality, and we feasted on delicious Mexican and Indonesian food and drinks which were delivered directly to the villa. Me and my partner went rafting, and to a ring making workshop in the area too, which we highly recommend doing. We saw fireflies, geckos, frogs, flying lizards and wonderful birdlife everywhere we looked. I just can't rave enough about this place. It was so romantic and we loved every minute of staying here, and we can't wait to come back.
