I booked this apartment as a working get-away. I stayed in the entire time I was there and found things to be just perfect! This stay was truly lovely. It was quiet and private. The room was very well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-fridge, kitchen utensils, and a sweet basket of breakfast and treat items. The internet was excellent and parking was easy.

Woodhall Spa is a lovely, quaint little town with interesting independent shops down a long and attractive high street. Some road closures whilst I was there made it hard to get to-I assume these were temporary. Appeared to be a golfers paradise! The book shop and deli are well worth a visit.

A fantastic hotel to stay in.
A fantastic hotel to stay in. Very well located for visiting Bomber Command Memorial, East Kirby Heritage Centre, Battle of Britian Memorial Flight and the City of Lincoln. If travelling to Lincoln use the Park and Ride it's so much easier and cheaper than parking in the city. We will definitely be returning to Petwood Hotel.

This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday.
This was a short visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. After a lovely stay at Petwood Hotel we looked around Woodhall Spa (although we had been there before). Parking is easy - the first 2 hours are free or park on the road. There is a Sainsburys just near to the centre. The individual shops are very interesting. A delightful bread shop/deli, cafes and an independent greengrocer (which is rare) were all well stocked and the staff were very friendly.

Great little town, with plenty of very nice pubs with great food, you just have to visit Abby Lodge Public House the food is excellent, the park just off the Main Street with outdoor pool and plenty of other attractions sets an example other towns should follow plenty of other attractions all of which are worth a look. There are no wild bars or loud music and the coast is not that far away if you fancy a day on the beach.
Everything in the property is to an extremely high standard and it is spotless everywhere. It is sunny and warm and It has a wonderful patio overlooking the garden and golf course at the end. Parking is right at the front door so no long hauls with luggage. On top of all that Michael provides extras over and above what is expected from milk to wine and crisps and from teas of various specialities to a coffee pod machine and biscuits. There is nothing to fault.
Perfect place for golfers playing Woodhall Spa. Walking distance to the fantastic golf course and city center with nice restaurants. Three very nice bedrooms and three bathrooms, clean and spacious. Four very comfortable beds suitable for four if you don’t like to share beds and six if you don’t mind sharing. A nice Jacuzzi to relax in after the golf. And on top of that super service from Clare!
Wonderful apartment in the centre of Woodhall Spa. The attic space rooms was well equipped and fitted out. Easy walk to the key locations in the town. We stayed Thur/Fri evenings and the bonus for us was it was 40's weekend so the street outside was lined with vintage vehicles and people in period costume. Plentiful off-road parking at the rear of the property.
AIR CONDITIONED. Room was cool on arrival having spent the previous night at a neighbouring hotel at twice the price with only the smallest of fans I actually slept in this room. Breakfast was amazing - again in an air conditioned environment- great choice and nothing too much trouble.
The rooms were luxurious and up to the standards of a very superior grade hotel.
The hosts were warm, welcoming and sincere , making us feel truly at home.

The hotel is ideally placed for a walk to the main street in woodhall spa, the hotel is excellent, the bedroom was exceptionally large and the bed so comfortable, good choice for breakfast, has nice lounge areas inside with seating and lovely grounds outside.
Both the bedroom and en-suite were very clean and good size. Had an amazing power shower and the hotels public areas were comfy and inviting. Breakfast was adequate, ample free parking was available and it's a great location for exploring Woodhall Spa.
Modern, clean interior and fixture & fittings was of high quality. The location was excellent as playing golf at Woodhall Spa for 3 days. Restaurants/shops etc meant that our stay was made even easier.
The helpfulness of the staff was great, particularly the woman who was running the place. It was good value and
the location right in Woodhall Spa was very good. I would definitely stay there again.
Bob was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. Excellent venue and location for golfing at Woodhall Spa. A last-minute room type change was gladly accommodated...THANK YOU.
