Liked that it was a buffet. Would have preferred hotter food. The chef was a delight. We liked the history of the building, the details of the past grandeur everywhere. Reception staff were very helpful and polite.

Location is fabulous! Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge! We used Victoria car park which was great value for money.

the room I was allocated must have had a new coat of paint (that nice smell) with a new bed and carpet - as good as any hotel! Not guidance as to what facilities I was allowed to use (ie kitchen, etc) and a non-terrestrial TV . These little things I think are important.
