Lovely place ! That was the fastest checkin I have ever had it took like 1 minute. The place is pretty nice the food is really good and the value for money is amazing prices are quite low, for accommodation as well as for food. It is close to Lincolnshire Showground like 15min by car, I will definitely comeback next time.

A unique B and B, where you’re greeted by an assortment of barnyard animals, including Reggie, the famous sheep. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host Hugh was a delight, with lots of amusing stories. The breakfast was wonderful, as well! Recommended .
Beautiful 1930's Art Deco building directly opposite Lincoln Castle and only a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and historic Bailgate, with its selection of independent shops and restaurants.

Our room was well away from the pub so no noise.
Very clean and a lovely shower.
Breakfast was very good and service was the quickest I've ever encountered anywhere.
If you dine in the restaurant, I must recommend the scampi.
Menu was all good with a very plentiful servings.
The only down side was the mattress. It was far too soft and lumpy for us so we didn't sleep particularly well.
Renew the mattress ( room 9) and it would be perfect. :)
