I arrived earlier than expected and the staff allowed me to check my baggage in. The staff were great, funny, accommodating and very chatty and up for a bit of banter and a laugh. Will definitely use this place again. Couldn't fault it at all 👍💯

I was placed in the new building and could hear the bins being emptied each morning and so after the second morning I complained about being awoken at 5am and the room was changed.
However, we ordered takeaway and had it in the room. The cleaners returned, topped up the towels, the beverages, made the bed and left all the rubbish. There was a smell in the room when we returned....and yes, we did place the card outside the door asking for a clean (room 3105). Unsurprisingly, upon our return we were also greeted by the smell of the food which was sat in the room all day.

This hotel is in a quiet location, has a large car park with large spaces, Very helpful staff, lovely room, clean, large comfortable bed, we used the restaurant which has a good menu, the food was excellent. We needed breakfast earlier than the hotel offered. One of the girls was asked if she could come in early just for us, the reply was of course with a smile, the breakfast was lovely.

Lovely area and I think the hotel is lovely too just needs a few adjustments. I am sure there
Was no malice meant but we really did feel unwelcome. In particular the person who greeted us and was there at checkout was not very friendly and barely looked up from his computer screen. I am sure we caught him on a bad day but it really impacted our stay.
We stayed in 3 hotels over a 3 day period all were very good but the Bears Paw was the best, breakfast was included which we needed earlier than 8.00am they asked a member of staff if she could come in earlier, she smiled and said of course no problem and she did. Breakfast was good, we dined in the restaurant which was well priced and food was 1st class, The room was clean comfortable, large comfortable bed, the car park is large with plenty of large spaces for nice cars.
The hotel is set in beautiful and peaceful countryside and there are several public footpaths around if you enjoy walking.
It is also dog friendly. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The food in the restaurant was very good with a large choice and staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel was immaculate and the staff were very helpful. Dinner was delicious and good value for money given the quality. I liked to range of ales available. Breakfast was quickly served and was yummy. I would definitely return if I am ever in the area.
The location is ideal situated in the lovely village of Warmingham. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. The food is excellent didn't have an evening meal this time but really enjoyed the cooked breakfast. The staff are very helpful & friendly.
