Staff very friendly. Hotel room very comfortable and the hotel is conveniently placed between Exeter St David's and Exeter Central.

Very warm welcome, very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, lovely holiday accommodation, very clean - breakfast was freshly cooked to order every day and was very tasty :-)

You need to get use to narrow Devon lanes! Excellent eating places near by e.g. Ruffwell Inn. Handy for Killerton a N.T. place and Tiverton with the canal, as well as Exeter being just down the road .
