We love the location. The house and grounds are beautiful. Some people may be put off by the caravan park, but it is not intrusive. The breakfast is second to none. The bedroom was very clean, beautifully appointed and spacious. We can bring our dog.

The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. There were a few cobwebs around the light on the ceiling but apart from that the room was clean and well presented.

The Space Guard Centre near Knighton is an interesting place to visit. See website for times of tours.
The Boar's Head in Bishop's Castle serves good food at a reasonable price.
Bishop's Castle has some interesting old timber framed buildings.
