I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected.
This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

Restaurant was lovely, planned on getting a delivery, the menu changed our minds.
Would avoid spending one day next time and make it a few days.

A peaceful place with a central market that meets all the day to day requirements. If you want to spend a quiet vacation in a suberb then this is an option. Long walks, a park, not much of a crowd or traffic. Ideal place to sit and do a project or write a thesis. You can walk around the market anytime you feel bored. A few good pubs and food of all cuisines.

Convenient for London via the Elizabeth Line. The Chalvery Holiday Inn Express is a bit far from the rail station tho', and the walk is through some rather run-down areas. You'd best take a taxi, especially if it is late.
Exceptionally nice place to stay. Private, quiet, safe, plenty of parking (free), beautiful bedroom (though not large), bathroom (quite large), separate lounge area for guests (which we used to read). And the room was pre-warmed prior to our arrival. And hugely important was the proprietor was on-site and showed us to the room and explained things. We originally picked the location (Slough) as it was easy to get to Heathrow for a flight the next day.
Two of our engineers stayed at this hotel, whilst they installed air conditioning within nearby Slough.
Our air conditioning business covers the whole of the UK, and our engineers stay away a lot. So when our engineers stay that a hotel/B&B/apartment is good and they enjoyed staying there, then we know it must be good!
The hotel was in a great location, the room and beds was comfortable, spotlessly clean and airy.

Really clean hotel with great facilities. Really good price for one night with parking and breakfast included. We only stayed one night, therefore did not feel the full comfort of the hotel. The location was great, 10 minute drive from Windsor and Legoland. Great customer service from the reception staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant. All in all a nice hotel with good clean facilities. Will definitely visit again.
Rooms are spacious, basic utensils are available, the third floor balcony gives a good view, and it allows fresh air. Easy to communicate with Delta. I requested extra towels, which were provided to me within a few hours. The elevator in the building allows all my 7 suitcases in one go. Tesco Extra and Train Station are at 10 minutes walk and Slough High Street in 15 minutes. It is a perfect place for 4 members to stay.
For the one night the Hotel met my expectations the room was comfortable and a good size compared to may twins previously booked. The cab company that the hotel have a direct dial for Windsor cars are excellent value. I did not use the breakfast option but the bar facility was excellent although my preferred bear was off which running into a weekend seems like poor cellar delivery planning
I love the artsy touch and the interior design of the hotel, the room itself was super comfy and the breakfast was lovely. We were also offered welcome cocktails, which was a plus and the staff were very, very accommodating and helpful. The night/floor lights were a great bonus.
Great location for the airport, cheaper parking than nearby hotels, better service than nearby hotels, lovely room and bathroom was spotless.
Lady who checked us in was amazing and sorted us a taxi for our trip to the airport.

Great location close to Heathrow, and accessible by bus. Cabfare was outrageous! Neat history of the hotel if you are not faint hearted. Great food served in the pub and nice outdoor space as well.
Staff, coffee/bar downstairs. Room size, shower. Good AC. Restaurant on site. Free breakfast but I didn't try it. Free WiFi in room. 20min walk (safe n easy) from Slough train station.
This is a great option within Slough, staff is so nice and helpful , really good full English breakfast cooked at the moment for you, the hotel is good value for this price.
We had a lovely stay. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Convenient location with parking facilities and friendly staff. Spacious room with good facilities.
It’s proximity to Windsor castle , a quick walk to the station and a direct line to the castle about 8 minutes.
