It was clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Two clean cups and saucers and clean glasses. Powerful shower. Clean towels and also shampoo and shower gel.

I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected.
This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

A peaceful place with a central market that meets all the day to day requirements. If you want to spend a quiet vacation in a suberb then this is an option. Long walks, a park, not much of a crowd or traffic. Ideal place to sit and do a project or write a thesis. You can walk around the market anytime you feel bored. A few good pubs and food of all cuisines.

Convenient for London via the Elizabeth Line. The Chalvery Holiday Inn Express is a bit far from the rail station tho', and the walk is through some rather run-down areas. You'd best take a taxi, especially if it is late.
Two of our engineers stayed at this hotel, whilst they installed air conditioning within nearby Slough.
Our air conditioning business covers the whole of the UK, and our engineers stay away a lot. So when our engineers stay that a hotel/B&B/apartment is good and they enjoyed staying there, then we know it must be good!
The hotel was in a great location, the room and beds was comfortable, spotlessly clean and airy.
Customer service were spot on!
Really clean hotel with great facilities. Really good price for one night with parking and breakfast included. We only stayed one night, therefore did not feel the full comfort of the hotel. The location was great, 10 minute drive from Windsor and Legoland. Great customer service from the reception staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant. All in all a nice hotel with good clean facilities. Will definitely visit again.

Special mention the duty manager tried his very best to satisfy the guests and was very polite, however he had to do everything, waiting on tables, serving on the bar clearly, the hotel was total understaffed - a touch of "faulty towers " but the price was cheap for the area The young receptionist just sat at her desk playing with her phone whilst the duty manager was run off his feet
I was here for 3 weeks, I kept extending my stay, so it was generally a very pleasant Experience, I love the decor ie the look of the hotel, sleek and homely. The location is perfect next to the train station, slough town center, very central and convenient. A good AC and heater are fitted in the rooms, good for the pricing when I stayed there, hope they won’t increase it.
The property lies between Hotel and Apartment rental online services. Therefore, it was suitable for our specific requirements. In addition, the host gets a 10/10 for being very responsive and accommodating. Access to the property was easy, and free off-street parking was close to the property.
Location was perfect. Very close to Slough train station. Huge Tesco nearby for food shopping. 15mins drive to Windsor castle and Legoland, very convenient. Both rooms have great size and kitchen has everything that we needed. Highly recommend it :)
Perfect location to visit legoland, we stayed in a studio room and it was perfect for 3 of us and a lot cheaper than staying in legoland. Windsor is only a 5-10 minute drive also which was great. Hotel Staff very happy and helpful can't fault them.
plenty of food, not too tasty, clean room, easy check in. From T5, take bus 7 or 703. We took 703 and it stops right in front of the hotel. To get back to the airport, book shuttle using the booking system in the lobby. Our driver was on time.
Perfect location for visiting Slough. 5 mins walk to railway station (with perfect connection to London), 15 min by taxi to Heathrow. New hotel with modern, full equipped rooms, good restaurant and terrace. I recommend that place.
For a tourist without a car, it is a bit further from a touristic location such as Windsor. However, you can get to Slough by bus or train, you can take a taxi from the station or a bus from Heathrow stops by the hotel.
AJ Lodge is not too pricey, suitable for my budget. It comes with free parking, which is not offered by some hotels near Slough high street. Hotel is very clean, and front desk is helpful.
