Sloughs location around Windsor and Heathrow makes it perfect if you need to be in those areas. We planned on visiting Legoland and London but wanted to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Slough has everything you need for a short stay (shops, restaurants etc). Shopping malls here aren't great, but you can get to those in London fast and cheap with the tube.

We didn't see much of slough,hotel on the outskirts of the town.
I booked a room for myself and my son ,upon arrival to breakfast, the hotel staff informed me that only one breakfast was included in our stay which I found very strange they said it was an issue with booking.com not the hotels doing.
I had to pay extra for my sons breakfast every day and we were also charged extra to use the pool facilities which I found strange also.

I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected.
This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

A peaceful place with a central market that meets all the day to day requirements. If you want to spend a quiet vacation in a suberb then this is an option. Long walks, a park, not much of a crowd or traffic. Ideal place to sit and do a project or write a thesis. You can walk around the market anytime you feel bored. A few good pubs and food of all cuisines.
Two of our engineers stayed at this hotel, whilst they installed air conditioning within nearby Slough.
Our air conditioning business covers the whole of the UK, and our engineers stay away a lot. So when our engineers stay that a hotel/B&B/apartment is good and they enjoyed staying there, then we know it must be good!
The hotel was in a great location, the room and beds was comfortable, spotlessly clean and airy.
Customer service were spot on!
near Heathrow and £52. was basic but comfortable. had tea making facility but no hairdryer or cosmetics. still what do you expect for £52! there was a bar. also food.
hoppa bus is £5.50 if you buy ticket in hotel but check the timetable as it starts around 5.30 but no late night buses. if not a black cab is £25 ( if they take you). hotel organised a mini cab for £16. there are 3 ibis hotels so make sure you know which one it is.
Rooms are spacious, basic utensils are available, the third floor balcony gives a good view, and it allows fresh air. Easy to communicate with Delta. I requested extra towels, which were provided to me within a few hours. The elevator in the building allows all my 7 suitcases in one go. Tesco Extra and Train Station are at 10 minutes walk and Slough High Street in 15 minutes. It is a perfect place for 4 members to stay.
Well, it’s just perfect. Unlike hotels and other b&b’s, AJ Lodge rooms were lovely and warm. Heating is on 24 hours a day. From reception to management, the staff were lovely, kind and helpful. I’ll never stay in a hotel again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend! Oh and, it’s so quiet! It’s clean, smells fresh but with home feeling. Thanks Jay, I’ll be back for sure and I’m recommending this to all my colleagues.
I appreciated the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location for a quick stay before flying home. The history of this hotel is fascinating and the historical building was fun to explore. Be prepared to hear snickers from the bar patrons as you drag your luggage through the beer garden to a room. But it was all good-natured. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Your advertising lists the property as the Holiday Inn T5 Slough. This gives the impression that the hotel is near terminal 5. The hoppa bus cannot be used and the hotel has no courtesy bus. It costed me 90 pounds to get from the airport to the hotel and return to the airport. Half the price of my one nights accommodation which was already overpriced.
Convenience to Windsor and Ascot. Took Ubers most the time. Food at Indian Restaurant and Bar was excellant. The staff were so helpful. Big thankyou to The Manager. It was Ascot week, so sitting in the lobby was a joy to see the lovely outfits. Fabulous friendly Uber drivers mainly from Slough. Where so knowledgeable about the area.
This is Slough but the moment you stepped into this hotel you were taken to a different world, dare i say it a Brave New World. The staff, in particular Israa, were brilliant, she knows about customer service. And this is important as less and less people are understanding this concept.
Needed a place to stay for when I visited a venue in nearby Windsor and the Moxy Hotel in Slough was a brilliant choice. The team at the check-in and check-out was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and furnished to a good modern standard.
A great location for travelling to my work site in Slough, but far enough away from town so as to be in a pleasant and fairly quiet semi rural area. Immaculately clean. Comfortable bed. Inclusive of secluded off-road car parking.
The apartment was bright and cheerful with everything we needed for our stay.
Spoke to owner on the phone who was very polite and helpful.
Close to Slough Centre and perfect for our family visit to Windsor
AJ Lodge is not too pricey, suitable for my budget. It comes with free parking, which is not offered by some hotels near Slough high street. Hotel is very clean, and front desk is helpful.
Clean!! My biggest pet peeve is unclean aparthotels. My room was immaculate. Communication from the company was clear in terms of check in and check out. Will be back
