I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected.
This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

A peaceful place with a central market that meets all the day to day requirements. If you want to spend a quiet vacation in a suberb then this is an option. Long walks, a park, not much of a crowd or traffic. Ideal place to sit and do a project or write a thesis. You can walk around the market anytime you feel bored. A few good pubs and food of all cuisines.

Convenient for London via the Elizabeth Line. The Chalvery Holiday Inn Express is a bit far from the rail station tho', and the walk is through some rather run-down areas. You'd best take a taxi, especially if it is late.
It was mine and my husbands first time coming to slough and we looked at nearly every hotel but none of them reached what we was looking for... we came across moxy and we instantly fell in love with how it looked... the stay was beyond immaculate and the staff were amazing honestly so glad we booked with moxy I've even suggested to friends and family to book at moxy you won't be disappointed..... me and my husband will definitely be booking a room again very soon .... A massive thank you for making us feel at home
Really good size house, nice quiet street, it is perfect for a family stay, big bedrooms and room for us all. Nice kitchen / diner area with Netflix etc. Kitchen has everything you need too, including a handy mini fridge. Bathrooms were a good size, showers were good too - once we got hot water! Plenty of wardrobe space too, 2 parking spaces outside - however 1 was taken by a neighbour. Location wise, 5 mins walk from Sainsbury's, 15mins walk to Slough station and regular trains to London, 10min drive to Windsor.
The property and gardens are lovely. The team was very service-friendly; I had an early check in which was very appreciated and despite the kitchen being closed, the chef made up a sandwich for me when I arrived. The food was good but the staff and service are the best. Considering all other hotels had tripled their rates during the queen's memorial (my reason for visiting) I appreciated that this property was fairly priced and so accommodating to me as a single traveler last minute. Cheers!
The address Slough I was guided to another ibis .I went all the way with my 2 big baggage dragging all the way from bustop 111 to the hotel n then I was told wrong hotel had to take a cab n go to this ibis .The buses too HD5 in and out of the hotel are not frequent n had to pay every trip which turned out very expensive. Very unsatisfied n also caused physical harm .
Front desk team are really helpful, even when really busy. Located a few miles drive from Heathrow Airport and close to central Slough and Windsor. Room was clean and spacious, with kettle and beverages, alonLg with iron and ironing board provided in the room.
The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has modern amenities such as a gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located less than 10 minutes' walk to the Slough train station and right on the 703 bus route to Heathrow.
For a tourist without a car, it is a bit further from a touristic location such as Windsor. However, you can get to Slough by bus or train, you can take a taxi from the station or a bus from Heathrow stops by the hotel.
As the hotel is located in a quiet area, it was quiet and pleasant.
The bathroom and bed was clean. I read some very negative comments and reviews but it met my needs and I was positively surprised.
Staff was helpful, and the place was clean.

Overall, it's a superb friendly hotel.
Lived close to hotel many years ago always admired the building, had a family get together in the area so decided to book" the grovefield " wasn't disappointed.
