Good location, near all amenities.

Our sea view room lived up to its label: the views over the town and coast were stunning. The hotel is old and characterful with wonky floors, beams and low ceilings: we like that. Short walk downhill to the harbour and free car parking. Good value for the price.
In the center of Lyme Regis, just 492 feet from the beach, the Royal Lion Hotel has a pool, sauna and games room. Some rooms have sea views and balconies.
lovely little place. Very small but still lovely.
The tram ride is worth a go. We went to the furthest stop in Colyton and had a wander and drink in a couple of pubs, then went back to the next stop of Colyford and had a wander and a couple of drinks.
The wildlife you can see from the tram is lovely and all the drivers are knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone seemed very friendly in the area.

We were there a bit early in the season so some of the eating places were not open but we ate twice at the monsoon Indian which was a `byo alcohol, the food was nice. We also ate in Sidmouth. Very easy to get around and buses very regular to Beer and Sidmouth and Exeter.

Stunning scenery, beautiful location.
Stunning scenery, beautiful location. Town just had no restaurants open in the week in the evening, all only serve Breakfast & lunch & then close or stop serving food. A couple small takeaways for evening week night food is all that is available.

Seaton is a very quiet unspoilt place that is lovely for walks along the beach, the cliff park or along the wetlands. It is very much for the local population and not that much orientated towards visitors. The tram ride is well worth a visit.
If you want noise and discos don't go.

Easy to get around Seaton on foot.
Easy to get around Seaton on foot. Ragini restaurant was very good. Hideaway on seafront good for a cream tea. Yeungs Chinese takeaway excellent. When eating need to ensure places are open when out of season. Large Tesco/Aldi etc in centre great if you are self-catering. Tramway a good experience. Donkey Sanctuary a surprisingly good visit too and "free" not many of those around. A very relaxing & charming location.

Seaton Tramway was very enjoyable and a day rover certainly worth the money if you want to do more than one trip.
Seaton Wetlands was a wonderful place for birds watching and wildlife although you are not allowed to take your dog. The island hide particulary had plenty of birds while I was there.
The location was perfect, good for trips to Lyme Regis and Beer and of course, a trip down to the beach at Seaton itself (we were there for three days).
The property is very spacious and comfortable and there is a lovely garden which would be great in summer to sit outside.
An amazing welcome pack full of lovely things from the local area.
The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need.
A lovely property and would highly recommend.
Nice quiet park, and just a mile from Seaton, no shops near but there was a garage next door with groceries, which was useful until you could get to the shops! In the chalet, the bed and sofas were extremely comfortable, and the decor was charming. We had unexpectedly cold weather, but there were radiators in the bedrooms, and a portable heater for the lounge.
The hotel was in a really good position for beach and the town .
I would not describe the parking as great there are really only 5 spaces then people double park .The manager is very helpful and approachable . The lady serving the breakfast is very quirky but remembers your choice of drink each morning .
We really loved this Hotel, such easy going friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our two dogs enjoyed it too and were made very welcome.
It is in a great position in Seaton. We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return
.Thank you.
Utterly quiet apart from the wildlife, which is what we wanted, a short drive/15 min leisurely walk to Seaton. The Water Tower Studio was amazing to stay at, we will probably come here again if we decide to come back this way for a short break.
The apartment is very new and spotlessly clean. Loved very single details there. The apartment is very bright, airy and stylish. Close to seaton beach side, it's just 3 mins drive away. Would definitely go there again.
The location was perfect for our stay in Seaton. The apartment couldn't be more central, the rooms were great, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful.
