For an unpretentious, buckets-and-spade family holiday, head to Littlefields in the traditional village of Seaton. This beautifully designed open-plan cottage is just a short walk to the bright and breezy town centre and beach. After a day by the sea, let the children run wild in the huge back garden, while you enjoy a glass of bubbly on the large patio area or cosy up inside around the woodburner after a bracing autumn walk. The original farm cottage used to be surrounded by fields and was owned by the same family for nearly 100 years. Renovated in 2020 to the highest of standards, today it provides a relaxed, comfortable environment for families or a group of friends. Family holidays should be uncomplicated, calm and comfortable. All this can be yours when you stay at Littlefields. Set back on a quiet street in the seaside town of Seaton in east Devon, there is plenty of off road parking to make unloading the car a breeze. The large, bright open-plan kitchen/diner is ideal for family gatherings. Large bi-fold doors open out onto a spacious patio and large garden or ‘Littlefield’ beyond. Barbecue, relax and let the children play.

Harepath road is about a 17min walk from the seafront and 15 min walk from the town centre. It is residential street with easy parking if you need more that the 2 spaces already provided on site.
