Location is perfect for Lanes, Pier, beach , shopping and eats.
There is an onsite car park but if I recall it cannot be pre-booked. To secure our parking we opted to pre-book elsewhere but it seems there would have been plenty at the hotel.
On arrival we were upgraded from standard to executive suites. Both our rooms were spacious and had seats views.
Pool, gym and sauna are nice - small but functional
Breakfast was amazing - pancake and omelette station was great.
The TV’s casting service was pretty cool, you can use your own streaming service from your phone to watch movies etc.
This striking Georgian property is on the seafront, overlooking Brighton beach. The property is just a 5-minute walk from Brighton Pier, shops, lively bars and popular restaurants.

The location was great. It was near the pier and close to everything. They threw in a free upgrade so we got a sea view.

Great hotel on the beach front. Staff were super friendly especially Mutahar at front of house. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the breakfast and parking was literally 1 minute away. Thanks Kings Hotel, see you again in August!!!
