I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. All the amenities we needed were available, and upon request, a mini refrigerator was promptly provided, which was essential for storing our baby’s milk.
The staff members were a highlight of our stay—they were incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every little request we had was taken into consideration and addressed promptly.
The breakfast offered a variety of choices, with everything being warm and fresh. The quality of the food was excellent. Additionally, the restaurant and bar exceeded our expectations with their extensive menus and delicious options. Room service was also top-notch, providing many choices that catered to all our needs.

Chosen for the convenient location and parking, both of which were met.
Value for money, although expected to stay in main building rather than the annex. Although this was probably a reflection of price paid.
Ate in restaurant which was ok, probably should have chosen the bar.
Breakfast was good.

A very comfortable stay in a house full of history.
A very comfortable stay in a house full of history. The breakfast was superb. Our room had a lovely view of the garden and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts really had thought of everything and the room was appointed with everything you could possibly need. There was even a decanter of sherry in our room. A real gem!

What a lovely friendly place to stay.
What a lovely friendly place to stay.
Everyone we met said “Good morning!” with a smile.
The walk around the village was interesting; the map at the Old Hall had been a useful source of information for walking
The welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the room and facilities. The hotel was beautifully decorated for christmas. The little touches such as the sherry and chocolates in the room. A very good selection at breakfast. We would definitely come back to visit again.
