We felt safe at the hotel. I know that sounds a bit dramatic- but we're from a very rural area on the Welsh boarder and London is a different world for us! (I travelled with 2 daughters!) (My parents also booked a room for them too) we visited for a family event elsewhere! We felt comfortable and safe!
Rooms were spacious and perfect for the 3 of us.
Bathrooms tidy and clean.
Parking was good right outside hotel. Payment was £10 and very simple to do via a QR code.
Breakfast was good and plentiful.
I'd more than happily revisit for a stay.

Hospitality by the staff were outstanding, we received a glass of Prosecco on arrival and shown to our room. The decor in the room was really nice and having a smart TV was a plus too. The bed was really comfy and had a lot of pillows and cushions.
