Wasn't expecting much after reviews I've read but it absolutely lovely. Big room with a double and a single, staff were fantastic and got me a kettle as mine broke and went above and beyond when needed assistance with other things. Was also clean. Didn't eat in there but the coffee was lush 😋

Breakfast was the best bit, along with the location, which suited us for just one night. However, at this price, pitched at the same rate as other budget brands, like premier Inn, travel lodge or holiday inn express it could and should be better.

Lostock is on the outskirts of Bolton, ideally located to visit Rivington Pike, which is great for walking, with plenty of eating places, recommend the Blundell Arms for food. The nearby retail park at the middlebrook has a bowling alley, cinema, and restaurants, great for younger and older children. Football fans can visit the Bolton Wanderers impressive stadium at middlebrook.
