We spent the weekend in this place. Fantastic experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I mean it. I want to thank the receptionist, the restaurant personnel, the SPA personnel, and everybody. Thank you very much. I'm planning to return soon.

The hotel is a typical English hotel in terms of deco. A bit dated, but I find that quite "quaint" rather than shabby. Mind you the carpet in our bedroom I would call shabby! Maybe not as clean as it could be, but that said the bed had nice white clean crisp sheets and there were nice white fluffy towels in the bathroom. In fact the bed was super comfortable. Be warned the walls and thin and our adjoining room on the both nights of our stay came in late, and made a lot of noise that woke me up! Not the hotels fault, but the sound proofing is just not there.

Lovley setting, lots of local walks (bring wellys or hiking boots though!) , nice hosts, good breakfast, comfy bed, nice hot shower. Set on a working farm (but that doesnt disrupt) . Lovley area (but you do need a car, preferably a 4x4!!)
Can recommend both the local pubs in Horsted Keys too..

Beautiful village with lots of wonderful places to eat. I went to the stand inn for Thai which was recommended before visiting and it didn’t disappoint. I didn’t stay long but found some lovely spots. Can’t wait to go back.
