Great place to stay and fabulous Sunday roast dinner. Fantastic breakfast, served very hot, and very tasty. I can't believe people are not queueing out the door , we had a great stay for one night in the suite, over the bank holiday. Staff are very friendly and service is so important to them.

the location was superb. The room was impressive with a confortable bed and excellent facilities which compensated the lack of 'garden views'. The breakfast was fine, although the 'full breakfast' could have offered a bit more. The poached eggs were at times like boiled eggs..overall a good selection of fresh fruit, lovely croissants and cereals

The building, so tastefully furnished in art and crafts style with original furniture and fittings. The dinner was very good, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The grounds were well cared for, but sadly bad weather prevented us from enjoying them.
