The bathroom had a great shower.
The staff at the front desk and around the hotel that we spoke with were all very friendly.

Easy to get to from Luton Airport, get a Bolt taxi and you're there is 10 minutes. Personally I walked to the holiday inn express to order the Bolt as it's a 10 minutes walk and saves you waiting in the airport parking lot.
Had a lunch at the King William, beer was good, cider was fresh. The pie was very tasty.
Bus stop is 15 minutes walk, Asda is 30 minutes walk. There is a bus stop out side of Asda also. Bus takes you to the train line into London.
Staff were nice and professional.
