Very welcoming helpful staff, clean and fresh smelling on entering the building. The room was basic, in a good way. Very comfortable.

Such a friendly and thoughtful host, easy stress free check in and delighted to enter a beautiful cosy house. Big Asda next door and close to train station bus routes to Barnard and Darlington etc. The bishop shops as well. Libraries. And more. Was really nice to chill and had good sleep. Be back again soon.
