Our stay at this lovely place was everything we could have hoped for and more. With plenty of activities for children, including a nearby park, amusement area, and a short walk to a sandy beach, boredom was never an option. The convenience of being just two minutes away from a pub and the club house added to the overall enjoyment. Plus, the fun fair and main Hemsby attractions were within easy reach. We're already planning our return trip, as this spot has everything needed for a memorable family holiday!"

Quirky building right on the sea front so you can enjoy a pleasant stroll on the beach. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast was included in the price. They were able to cater to vegans too. We had the family suite so 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a small corridor area. The new owner has big plans for the place so we will be happy to come again and see how it looks.

Busy little b&b, and I can see why. The staff are very attentive and chatty which I like. Ample parking and a bar with lounge for those that just want to chill in the evening..
For me I will be using this place again.

As I had booked the room for a birthday surprise they organised some flowers for the room after I had sent them an email to see if it was something they where able to do. Then when we arrived they had decorated the room with balloons as well as an added bonus.

As it was near the end of season when we visited it was surprisingly busy and most of the shops and amusements were open. As it was in term time most of the people were older and not many kids. We had breakfast at a local cafe and used the nearest Chinese take away and they are great. Overall we had a very good time and visited all the local towns and villages.

Hemsby is a lovely old fashioned seaside area.
Hemsby is a lovely old fashioned seaside area. Lots to do for all ages and a beautiful beach. There are so many places to eat and drink. It's very easy to get around. It's a very busy and a full on area in the height of summer so not a place if you want peace and quiet .ideal for families.

Love the walks - from hemsby you can do direct walk on beach or fire track to horsey gap to see seals or walk opersit side towards great yarmouth -
The life boat service run a charity event every summer every tuesday this year so party on the beach almost - loud music bbq and drink (this year fireworks at 10pm) the do different events each year so a worth while visit
Dolphin bar on the long beach estate - absolute wow , fairly cheap good food and a good selection of drinks - they have live music entertainment almost every night "Chris wilson" fab
On the hemsby beach theres a pool of water great for swimming in or looking for sea life - tides in pool fills tides out it leaves a massive sea water pool - find things like crabs and starfish which get trapped so great for kids !
Places to avoid - carpark next to the go cart track at night - full of youths smoking weed drinking alcohol playing bad music and they are rude - and avoid the us dinner - not very clean and the grilled food all tastes of a dirty grill ! - mrs bs arcade - workers are rude and due to having to scan card 1st to get tickets not well advertised! with young kids you lose more tickets than you collect so big time waste of money as kids move and put coins in machines before you have chance to swipe card! Silly way of an arcade

Really lovely little holiday cottage situated on the edge of Hemsby. Very clean, well fitted out with all you need for a comfortable stay. Great, private little garden with furniture. Beds comfortable, and comfy lounge. Kitchen very well equipped. No parking on site but this is really not a problem as the suggested street parking is very easy and literally one minute walk away. Great location for visiting this part of the Norfolk coast, and also easy access to Eastern Broads. WE definitely plan to return.
We loved our stay, every single bit of it, cleaningless of the caravan 5 star! Location couldn't be better, a few mins from the beach, close.to local amusements, 20 mins drive from Great Yarmouth. Owners of the campsite amazing , very kind and providing everything we would need e.g cutlery, games, books, utensil, bedding. They made us feel like home. Everything was clean and smelled nice. One of the best holidays we could have.
Nice clean chalet with everything you need including cleaning supplies tea and coffee

The beach is 10 minutes walk. Horsey gap 15 minutes by car. We have been lucky to see thousands of seals.

Thank you.
Excellent caravan and hosts. Clear instructions given before we arrived at the caravan, we was able to check in early and the caravan was spotless. Lots of equipment inside for us to use, games, dvds, kitchen equipment etc. Beds comfy. 10 minute walk into Hemsby town centre.
Location to the beach was great. The ability to come and go as we please was positive. Communication with the owner was prompt, professional and polite. The caravan was clean when we arrived and instructions were clear and helpful.
Ten minute walk to the beach and a short drive to other beaches. Well equipped and comfortable chalet- really comfortable bed and lovely shower. We stayed slightly out of season but it was really quiet
Fantastic communication from host. The chalet had everything we needed and was great value for money. Good location to Hemsby beach and arcades, about a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.
Really comfortable accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Great beds and super power shower. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Really good location for the beach too.
