Location was perfect for exploring the Isle of Skye and we enjoyed having our own Hide. Breakfast to order was delicious, the best we had on our 18 day trip!
The sunsets at Portnalong Pier were impressive.
We ate at the Taigh Ailean hotel in Portnalong. The food and drinks we had there were great, especially the very fresh seafood.
If you are driving around Fiskavaig, you need to get used to single track roads quickly! But there isn't much traffic, so it's not a big problem.
There is an easy hike to Talisker Beach from Fiskavaig. However, there is a fairly long walk on roads if you want to avoid doing any driving.
