Hospitality by the staff were outstanding, we received a glass of Prosecco on arrival and shown to our room. The decor in the room was really nice and having a smart TV was a plus too. The bed was really comfy and had a lot of pillows and cushions.

Great location, out of town but a short drive in (with lots of parking available in Epping) and close to the motorway. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with the continental breakfast available at any time.
Des was really helpful, telling us about the local area and events. He was very friendly and accommodating and really made our stay.

Good price for last minute booking. Convenient to Stansted after long delayed flight. Room OK. Nothing special but totally adequate for the night when rest was needed.
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey is just a 20-minute drive from Stansted Airport and 30 minutes from Central London. Guests get free WiFi in the public areas.

We use to live in this area and was nice to re-visit. Still have family in the area, which we visited and also attended a funeral. Very nice area within easy reach of underground etc.... if you wish to visit London etc...

I was there for a family wedding and hadn't been to Epping before. People were friendly and place had a nice character to it. I saw courtesy from motorists to other motorists/pedestrians that was refreshing in this day & age and is a credit to the people of Epping. Thumbs up for Epping from me.

We know epping well Lovely restaurant we stayed at the bell hotel to travel in to London for our anniversary it’s not far from the train station we had a lovely time in London and got a cab back to the bell hotel where we had a lovely sleep and a lovely breakfast in the morning l would stay again had a lovely stay x
It was a great stay. And the manager Oli was very decent and polite and gave me a warm welcome to their hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly specially Alim an all time smiling face. He offered me some desert during the time of check in as the procedure was going on. Their facilities and the cleanness were very nice and some of the little touches in the room and very well decorated. Will definitely come again to their hotel. Very well done guys 👌🏻
A really quirky hotel with stunning interiors. The staff were attentive but not overbearing, the little touches made our stay just wonderful.
Dinner was amazing! I had the monkfish and it was cooked tp perfection. The desert was a mini masterpiece on a plate and looked almost too good to eat and tadted even better.

This is our second stay here and had booked and on arrival we was given a free upgrade to a larger room with a garden view of Epping Forest bed was very comfortable staff very friendly and helpful and great sleep nice feel about the place great value for money would definitely stay again
There was good communication from Des which made it easy to access the guesthouse when we needed to. There were extra towels and pillows available and lots of tea and coffee. It was really close to Epping, where there are lots of places to eat, and not far from Epping Forest.
The hotel was clean and functional, very close to the event we were attending, and also had an Indian food outlet on site, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I must say the hotel exceeded our expectations!
Loved this place, wish I could have stayed longer. No room at the airport hotels and this was my closest option. Lovely. I arrived late and left very early, but I was very comfortable and felt safe and welcomed.
Des is a lovely host and so helpful. The house is lovely and spacious, our bedroom was huge with a lovely big bath and views across the pasture. Its a great location for Epping and The Barns (weddings).
The location was most interesting, Forest lodge used to be a livery yard and I worked there. It was close enough to Epping so I was easily able to get to the underground station for a trip to London.
Excellent comfortable room (good shower - always a plus), perfectly decent continental breakfast, handy location for Epping, and the proprietor was really friendly and helpful. Recommended.
The hotel is out of the way its peaceful, and quiet, easy to go and come back, all shops and garage close by, room was good bed very comfortable just what we needed
When we arrived we were met with some bubbles 🥂. They couldn’t have done enough for us. Lovely hotel and we will definitely be going back to sample the food too.
