ibis budget Newport, hotel in Caerleon

The comfortable and functional ibis budget Newport is located just off the M4 junction 26, 5 minutes’ drive to the centre of Newport.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They immediately got the paw of approval from our doggy, Susie Lurcher. If we needed help, coffee or anything, we just needed to say the word. Definitely not 3 first class snobbish upmarket overpriced chicken coop, but a decent hotel, at a good price staffed by locals who went out of their way to go 'the extra mile' Well done, diolch yn fawr iawn pawb.

Occasional visits to Caerleon for business.

Occasional visits to Caerleon for business. Pleasant village/town with a good history and an interesting Roman fortress/baths. Recommend sitting outside of the Hanbury Arms on sunny day with the meandering river and diving birds.
