Set in 17 acres of landscaped grounds in the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the luxury 4-star Ox Pasture Hall is just 2 miles from the seaside town of Scarborough.
We are positioned in Scarborough’s picturesque, peaceful North Side. Our independent, family-run hotel is just a short stroll from Peasholm Park, North Bay beach, and the Open Air Theatre.
Built in 1822 this listed building is full of character offering spectacular views across the North Bay to Scarborough Castle and the Yorkshire coastline.

Contact with the owner prior to the date of the stay was friendly and proved extremely helpful in clearing up a couple of questions I had.
Friendliness and helpfulness are words that are also applicable to the stay itself.
The welcome was extremely cheerful, and the room was both bright and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were very good (tea, coffee, white and brown sugar, milk plus biscuits) and the shower, too, was very good (always a big plus for me because I hate having to play the game of chase the water droplets from a woefully weak shower head flow).
The full English breakfast was superb, cooked to order with generous portions and good quality products, and pots of coffee or tea, according to choice, were supplied.
The dining room is well lit by natural light and smartly decorated.
The Leeway is high up, overlooking the sea, and the winding walk down to the shoreline and then into the town is very pleasant and sharpens the appetite.
Overlooking the seafront at Scarborough's North Bay, The Ramleh offers panoramic sea views of the bay and castle.

The apartment was nice and spacious. Very clean and lots of little extras were included, which was a nice touch.
The host was very welcoming and helpful .
The location was great, and we had a view out of the window onto the north bay. Would definitely come back.
Set in Scarborough with sea views and just a 5-minute walk to the beach, The Whiteley is a Grade II listed Victorian building with a garden, a shared lounge and rooms with free WiFi access.

Very cosy, a little dated but an ideal base for exploring the area
