It’s a great location and the family rooms have great bunk beds and large bathrooms so it feels quite spacious. The breakfast was amazing and you could also walk out onto the beach with the children straight after via the back doors

Close to town and the owners are very friendly. Our room okay and clean. Breakfast had a problem with electricity which couldn't be helped. However the breakfast was burnt and cold and bacon rock hard. The coffee was extremely weak and not very hot. I would have preferred a discount off and an option to get breakfast elsewhere. This was not offered.
Just a lot of apologizing. I know this may come across a harsh review, but, when there's a problem look at other options for customers to choose in these circumstances.

Really pretty, lovely clean sandy beaches. A small seaside town with only a small shopping area with small independent stores. Some nice restaurants.
As with many seaside towns there are some closed down shops and more maintenance needed in places, a little jaded in parts. However the main town Beach, Viking Bay is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. Residents were friendly and it felt safe.

Do not visit in the winter or when it is raining. The menu is very limited at weekends and if there is a function at the time of visit, you can forget about any available facilities in the hotel.
We booked tea for one evening and this was extremely disappointing for the amount of money charged.

Been scores of times over my life - this was the first long weekend to see relatives who now live in Broadstairs - it's a beautiful English seaside town with tons of history and the best beaches, I think, in the south of England - wonderful for summer swimming (especially stone bay). has a great community feel, good restaurants and pubs and is wonderful for kids and oldies alike.

we had a stake evening meal meal that was expensive and was a small portion for the price the cooked for was OK but not what i was expecting from what is presumed to be a high class hotel that fell well short of expectations. i would NOT stay there again mainly because there is NO parking at the hotel and it made exploring the area not some to do as you would not know where you could park the car when returning.
Amazing house in a perfect location, so close to the town and the beach but lovely and quiet and with parking too!! Gina was such an attentive host and so helpful and friendly! The house is incredible, furnishings are amazing and all such high quality. There is everything you could possibly need, beds so comfortable and wonderful showers! We would love to return to this haven in Broadstairs! We had a fabulous weekend! Highly recommend
A hidden gem of property, my first and only choice to stay whilst in Broadstairs visiting family and friends - perfect location for the town. Right on your doorstep. The property is just fantastic can’t fault it in anyway. Excellent host and such a wonderful comfy cosy flat with everything you need to short or longer stay. Clean , fresh linen, lovely bed . Just super 10/10

Fantastic location a short walk to Broadstairs town centre, overlooking the sea. You can see and hear the waves crashing through an open window. Great cheap and cheerful spot for a stay in one of England's unsung coastal gems. Hugely friendly and helpful staff and quaint, comfortable surrounds. And easy off-street parking.
Fagin’s Den is a hidden gem in Broadstairs! The attention to detail the owners have put in to this cottage is second to none. In every room there is something to catch your eye. The Dickensian Themed costumes were brilliant and added lots of laughter to our stay. Simply cannot wait to return!!!
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Broadstairs. Check in was easy, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the shower was better than any hotel with a comparable price. Overall, great value for money in the perfect location.
Facilities were good and we had a pleasant stay in this large historic building. Staff were young and enthusiastic and parking easy. We only had breakfast which was included. The popular Loop bus to Margate etc. stops outside.
Evening meal very good with helpful and friendly staff .
Lovely quiet location and room at back of hotel -although quite a distance from Broadstairs centre.
It seems a shame gardens not more easily accessible and usable .
A really lovely, immaculately clean hotel opposite the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location for the beaches as well as main shops and restaurants in Broadstairs.
The property was located in a quiet and peaceful mess, just a few minutes walk from all the amenities in Broadstairs. It is spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the showers work really well.
Very comfortable, spacious and stylish room and bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Jo was a very friendly and helpful host. If I were to return to Broadstairs I would definitely try to stay here again.
The Royal Albion is in a great position in centre of Broadstairs. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The downstairs of hotel is decorated lovely and staff are good.
Great location with beautiful views. Perfect for walking or cycling. Close proximity to Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs. Car parking was ample for the size of the hotel.
Excellent host, helpful with car parking. Lovely breakfast well cooked with good ingredients. Property of character. Great location for seafront and town centre
